I am the same way with transfers. It has to be the right item. That square wreath is the only transfer I have left from that pack, and I need just the right place to put it!

I add the dark wax to warm water to make more of a glaze or stain or put it over clear wax to keep it lighter because it can be dark. These came out great.

The last project, blanket box-ADORE IT!! You could do a string of wood beads coming from the handle but it’s wonderful as is.

Of you spray seal then use the wax you won’t have that problem and can wipe off where you want.

Hi 😊 MOst likely the reason the dark wax went on extremely dark was probably you needed to cover project with clear wax first then your dark wax.

I had sealed it with liquid patina so I thought that was enough…I was so wrong 😫
