Absolutely right- yoga raja has its own place....yogis use yoga as a technique to settle the mind. Gurubani doesn't need yoga as it has its own rhythm and consciousness- but to practise breathing---- part of life!!!!----exercise----!!!! and gurubani....I would've thought this was quite natural to life...As you walk you remember God or do you just only remember Him in certain places...

"jogi jog na hovi.." SGGS ji yoga.. is not line with sikhi.. I was in AZ saw how most white Sikhs were nothing but turbanated hippies.. doing yoga in name of sikhi, bowing to idols is not sikhi.. seems like business front.
