My parents wisely realized in retirement that one of them was happy traveling the world while the other was happy staying home and enjoying some introvert "alone time". That's a specific form of a more general indicator of relationship health/maturity: You don't have to do everything together.
That is me! My wife every trip we have ever went on. She always wanted to get home as soon as possible. I am now starting to travel alone we will see how our relationship lasts 😮
I'm missing one item if it's 12 items and a bonus...here's the list as I documented it... 1. Cash flow is king. 2. Knowing your expenses is queen. 3. Have a retirement vision. 4. Go into retirement in as strong of a marriage as possible. 5. Invest in your health. 6. If retirement is before 65, how will you get health care insurance? 7. Have a digital information document. 8. Have a will and health care directive that is up to date. 9. Think through the liquidity of your investments. 10. Think through your taxes. 11. Get a professional second opinion. 12. Understand how Social Security and Medicare works.
Great life advice Azul. I always appreciate your transparency and honesty. My husband is soon to retire and I am nervous about this life change as I love my independence. I hope we flourish together and don't kill each other! I would add #13 to your list. Those of us who don't have kids need to enlist an estate attorney or person who will carry out our wishes upon our death. Not the happiest topic but one I added. Be well and your videos just keep getting better.
No disrespect but you are wrong... Believe it or not, the market isn't as bad as some people have made it look... Companies are making record profits... In all honesty, as a beginner investor who knows next to nothing, I have made over $15k net profit in a few months... I was retrenched recently, and I am using these resources to keep body and soul together that I want.
Hi Mr.Anthony, your profit margin is quite impressive for a beginner. Good for you!!!! what is your trading technique?? inadvertently, i sold a boatload of my portfolio recently. can you share your spreadsheet or trading journal?
I have never drawn up a spreadsheet or trading journal, it's of no relevance to me... I follow Kelly Matwick's investing instructions & techniques... You can look her up she's a certified FA.
Do you have a video that speaks to the overall benefit of taking Social Security at various ages? Sure, a person gets a higher percentage by waiting, yet they collected 0% to invest or enjoy during the youth of their senior years.
I tend to think that divorce that happens as a result of being around each other more, suddenly, as a result of kids flying the nest or retirement, probably should end. We live much longer than marriage was designed for. Not all relationships are meant to las a lifetime. I’m saying this based on what I’ve observed in my own circle of family and friends. Divorces later in life have tended to be very positive for both parties.
@BlueSkiesDay of course. In these circumstances it's going to be a choice between money and and being happy. My main point is, talking it through so that you can endure it might not be the best option.
I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Natalie Strayer.
I'm surprised that you just mentioned Natalie Strayer here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, i'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
Natalie Strayer has really set the standard for others to follow, we love her here in Canada 🇨🇦 as she has been really helpful and changed lots of life's
Her good reputation already speaks for her .I’m also one of the beneficiary of Natalie Strayer. So happy I gave it a trial after being skeptic of the process.
I got divorced 1 year before I got married to my pension me myself and I are the only ones going to benefit except for my kids I'm going leave as much as I can for them that way their mother can kiss their ass when I'm gone
Retirement isn’t an end goal, but a journey best secured by careful and consistent investments.
Retirement is the reward of disciplined investing over the long term, not just a destination.
My adviser guided me through retirement planning, ensuring my investments were strategically positioned for long-term rewards.
Mind if I ask you to recommend this particular coach you using their service? Seems you've figured it all out.
Nicole Anastasia Plumlee can't divulge much... Most likely, the internet should have her basic info, you can research if you like.
Thank you for the lead. I searched her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.

@Kevin you are 1000% correct , if it possible do it together , if it’s not do it alone , certain things you might want to do solo .

Azul is the best
Hi Azul, I just wanted to say a quick thank you for all of the great insight and information!
Solid video, Azul. I learn a lot from your content. Keep up the good work.
Walk for these. It makes me want to walk. Get out there.
Some ridiculous negative comments. Listening to your advice (don’t need to see you to hear your message) is appreciated. Keep it up
Azul, the scammers are still out judging by some comments here. Anyhow, thanks for another top video.
Thank you for the information I was taking notes. Very helpful.
I feel It's getting harder to predict market trends post covid. Inflation is biting hard.

Great video. Can't say it enough, and definitely don't hear it enough: cash flow is king.
Thank you for the checklist Azul. (FYI audio fine for me)
I like the content ,but not the shaky camera. Very distracting.
Please turn up your recording volume. It is quite a bit lower than most other videos. Thanks!
Thank you sharing....

Another great video, thank you!
Azul, please share your thoughts about gold and/or silver as savings. Thanks
They are working good for me it’s just how do you go about selling physical gold and silver. I have done it on Craiglist. Pure cash no middle man 😮😊
Your Camera or your chair shakes , please look into that , thanks.
Azul - when are you going to retire and when you do can you keep doing these videos?

I assume I'll be paying 10% in taxes and 5% health insurance. Of my yearly budget. Single no kids. So that's 52k + taxes + ins =60k total
Wait. How did you know I am going to retire in two weeks?
my mother was a banker - fortuitous for me.....! I have no interest in loans - get it?
Six figure public pension. Cashflow is king baby!!😂

The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?

I can barely hear you on this video.
