He was a great man we only heard his name Loi I Kahn I went several time into the Parliament House when it was build up the zinc zac instruction we could not under stood what is going to be build here very peculiar design if you entered into the compound of parliament you cannot go out without help of a guard.it a remarkable achievement we feel proud to be a part of this intellectual and very difficult designing establishment such in a poor country like Bangladesh .❤️🇧🇩
