Excellent video....very accurate. Just to add since I'm a stickler for a level reticle. Once all set up like you demonstrated, if the reticle is tilted, all one has to do is loosen the Side-Shot scope clamp with the camera on for viewing, and rotate a little until the reticle is perfectly level. One can use the grid lines of the camera app to assist with this alignment. I have the Side-Shot and it is terrific!! The absolute best device for filming through the scope!! I plan on using it to film my next war on Starlings. The first one was undocumented....167 Starlings in less than 90 min.

Wished mine worked as easy as they make it sound so far i am just getting washed out by light from gaps between the frame and the phone , no pics through the scope yet going to try cutting foam to close off the gap a bit and see if that helps .
If you scope is mounted all the way forward (rear ring close to eyepiece as possible) would this still work? I need the scope that far ahead or I can’t get enough eye relief.
Can i use the galaxy S7 since the bottom ledge goes so low since my camera is in the middle top of my phones backing if not please let me know your the best

The field of view is a bit smaller do to the prism lense in the mount. However, you should not have any obstruction in your vision. If you do, you're not squarely mounted against the eyepiece. Make sure you remove your lense caps etc... and adjust your eyepiece for proper focus on your reticle before you mount the Side Shot. I know it sounds silly but believe me, people do it... I did.. LoL

My phone has a dual camera and the answer is you have to set it up for one lense or the other. You cannot arbitrarily switch from WA to 50mm for instance without re-positioning the phone mount.
OK, Looks like a great product I have to have but I'm concerned as to the Side Shot camera image and reticle being reversed or upside down. What is the remedy for correcting this most obvious OBSTUCTED VIEW why isn't this problem addressed in your video or any other video. Your reply would be much appreciated by myself and several air gunner friends considering the Safe Shot.

Zoom in and out as you normally would. It doesn't interfere with any of my scopes (3 different brands - Aeon - Hawke - Athlon) normal operations.
