Long time, no see. I was beginning to wonder if you were still uploading videos to RUclips, haven't seen any notifications or recommendations in a while. I just bought the Smashbox contour trio palette during the 21 Days sale. I already owned the Smashbox Cali face palette & used the heck out of it but mainly the contour, matte highlighter & blush shade ( that I used as a bronzer) I wasn't using the shimmery highlight or bronzer so I thought the more compact trio would work better. And it did. I pop on my fave blush & highlighter & I'm good to go. My problem with these multishade face palettes is that often I can't use more than 1 or 2 of the pans. I have a Nyx contour palette that looks almost identical to this Mac one. I like it but it's bulky. It was my first contour & highlighter product & I really wish I could have bought those items individually. But I'm happy I have it for a shade reference. I think these palettes are better suited for muas & people with advanced contouring skills who will use all the shades.

Good video. I never use MAC. I usually use higher end brands. But my coloring is almost identical to yours and that palette looks really good on you. I’m looking for one great contour palette. But the powder needs to be very finely milled to make me happy. I’ve been looking at Charlotte Tilbury and others. Comparisons?
Charlotte Tilbury is pretty shitty quality. When you compare to prices… I was so dissapointed…she has just good marketing …a lot of people dont even know whats quality makeup…a lot of brands live just off their name/“influencers” (payed) aids👏👏👏👏

So I’m a guy a gay guy obvi and I bought this baby chance because my friend gave me a contour kit I wanna say for dummies and on the back the reason I love it and the graduated to Mac cause Mac is better make up is because hard candy on the back has a legit paint by number diagram literally a 5 year old can follow. So you think you can emulate that with this brand. I’d take a pic but I don’t know how. Just Google hard candy look pro ultimate sculpt and you’ll intuitively know what I’m looking for.

I hate them . They literally has no color pay not even swatched. Takes to long to layer them to me.
