Hearing Caretaker's Everywhere at the end of the time last phase really gives the video much unsettling/creepy effect. I love this video. I can imagine this is what mentally ill people see instead of the regular memes.

I'm picturing this happening in the same universe as "oil floats on water" and all the people in the city got used to seeing him in the sky every year.
But,one year... It didn't work...

People waited in suspense for it to start raining and to see him in the sky once more...until the clouds turned red,and people began screaming. They saw him in the sky,distorted beyond recognition excluding his face.
