I really enjoyed the book Gardening Under Cover, if you have not read it yet. You obviously are doing all sorts of techniques, but maybe there would be another gem that might help in the book.

Possible Video idea for those with limited space to start seeds : Which of your cool flower seedlings transplant readily and which don’t? I learned the hard way this year after potting up snapdragons seeded in a tray - it set them back 3-4 weeks and many did not survive. Whereas the Scabiosa didn’t seem to care at all. Glad you are feeling better, lovely Mom ❤
What amazes me about Cool Flowers is how they just sit there in the cold for the longest time (growing roots I guess) and when it finally warms up, they just explode with growth! Cowansville, Qc zone 5

Hi Kristen! I love watching your videos. It's great to relate to another cold-weather grower! I like Lisa Mason Ziglar too, but I totally agree that the info isn't quite on par for our climates up here in the north country. I'm glad you are putting this information out there. It is a lot of trial and error! At this point, my ranunculus and anemones have been in the ground since the beginning of March and now they look excellent! Much better than prior years when I started in April (but it has been an abnormal spring, as well). Great job getting this information out!
I love seeing this! I have a small flower Farm in BC zone 5ish. I have been experimenting the past two years with how far a can push seedlings in the cold. I have an un heated greenhouse and have put out almost all my seedlings. Only holding back zinnias, celosia eucalyptus the very sensitive guys. I do have a small space heater for the very cold nights but otherwise there have been many days and nights it's just staying around 0° inside. And everything is doing amazing! Growing slowly but stocky and healthy. I am actually debating planting dahlia tubers in the high tunnel next week. Our last frost date is may long weekend but I watched everything closely last year with first frost and I agree with you the plants are way tougher than we give them credit for! Hope you have an amazing growing season!! Love your videos!
