During scenarios there's a very loud alarm it's not the aws I don't know how to stop it. Any ideas?

On PC you cycle between them using the left and right arrow keys

how do you close the circuit when using ovehead powerlines? or why would the MCB / VCB be on?

Hold Pan/up Shoes down button till MCB/VCB lights up. Then let it go, then press it once more.
