This is not about UI it depends on your device DPI . You can customize it if you want in both version. Mera java edition mai UI default sab bada hai.
Another difference is that the sword swipe is not present in bedrock or pocket version 😅😅😅😊

You can make tipped arrows in PE by using cauldron but in java first you need to get dragon breathe to make linguring potion if you killed ender dragon already you have to respawn it. This process is much more difficult than PE
The thing in bedrock tipped arrows are very very ez to get so it makes game very easy because a full netherite prot 4 guy could die in 1 shot with crossbow so we can't proper pvp in servers Bedrock is completely broken

You can use other mods on bedrock edition and importing it is more easy then java. The difference is you can't use java mods on bedrock and you can't use bedrock mods in java. Marketplace is just for show

Now you might say that people are disrespecting to pocket edition and make less mods for it but here's the thing, those mods will greatly affect your system and you will need a lot of ram/ssd power which is better in pc. It's like playing GTA V on mobile, it will never happen and the ads are mostly scams. 93 gigs is impossible on mobile with smooth gameplay

4:55 It's because Offhand feature is a part of 1.9 Combat update which never existed on Bedrock edition because at the time of 19 FEB 2016 Bedrock was PE so no one played it that much, so mojang focused on Java only, and no it's impossible to make it functional until mojang develops the offhand controls you can put anything in it with a nbt editor but it will not function, and modding on bedrock is weak because of C++, it's a smooth, efficient and fast coding language but it's very hard to modify it that's why bedrock and Java have different developers at Mojang and another reason is that Mojang and Microsoft has restricted the source code of bedrock edition to public, that's why there are 0 mods and offhand could be implemented to bedrock edition if Pocket edition didn't existed, offhand on Java edition works because the game checks if there's a right/left clickable item in the mainhand if not then it checks offhand if there's something like torch block or ender pearl then it launches that thing from the offhand, but on Bedrock especially on PE have SO LIMITED CONTROLS so it's hard to control both hands on touch inputs, on windows 10 it's possible but mojang's laziness on working on combat update on bedrock comes in middle, yeah.

Yes, spectator mode exists on Bedrock now. But I think players can see you. But all I can say is that mobs won't be able to spot you.

One more big difference is biome generation...
Biome size and generation can be customized in java.. So basically a single biome has larger areal stretch in java.
In pocket edition due to small ram allocation to biomes are very small..
