Hey Karuna! I just wanna say that i passed all my exams after 2 years of studying my career virtually. I got sick plenty of times this year, i had multiple anxiety episodes and i used to watch your vids all the time, even while i was studying or trying to fall asleep. You are such an important part of my life and i will be forever grateful (not only because i feel u as a company but u also help to keep my mental health ok). April 2018 nights are so hard to sleep. I sometimes go days without rest and there are so many options of asmr on youtube sometimes its overwhelming and they all are different some okay some don't feel exactly the same or give the comfort and relaxation I'm looking for. When you upload it feels like I'm with a friend safe not alone not scared of the future and my anxiety eases and I can relax and feel comfortable and fall asleep. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for helping me get some rest tonight. I so needed it.

You are my first Asmrtist, and maybe without you I would never love and appreciate asmr… I would not even now what that is… also important to mention that I am from Germany and with your videos I start to learn better English and to watch RUclips’s in English before I was always scared and feeling stupid because I was not understanding ❤ I watch your videos always when I need to be calm, or for panic atacks also but the most important are the videos for sleeping, I watch every night one video, and even you don’t post sometimes I watch older ones or repeat. I have a horrible cold rn and this is exactly what I needed.
Just a bit ago I had got out of a bath and it took me like 10 to 15 minutes to get my clothes on because of how weak and tired I am (it was like 5am it's 6:30am now) afterwards I went to my dad to ask him for some medicine (I can't take pills so he has to pour me some Tylenol 😭😭) while he's getting it ready I feel like I'm going to fall to the floor i was so tired and dizzy I felt I was going to faint I layed my head on the counter cuz I felt I was going to vomit from stress
My dad asked if I was alright and I asked for some silence and to be alone for a moment because I need complete utter silence when I feel nauseous to keep myself from vomiting I also have a phobia of it which was making my stress worse so I had to calm myself down the best I could I sat on the floor for a good minute with my cat and she really helped I had my eyes closed but having her there rubbing against me for attention was very calming after about 5 or 8 mins of sitting there I finally get the strength to get up and drink the medicine and now I'm in bed.
I'm only telling people this just to calm down kinda like journaling about a nightmare

For most people it's not that big of a deal but I get super stressed out when I'm sick and panic when I get to weak to even stand.
If anyone else has a cold or is sick right now I hope u get better very soon because this is not fun at all😭😭
