The cafe I will review this time is Lee Hak-soon Bakery Cafe located in Suwon.
Like the name, bakery is the main ingredient. It's a European bread made by a patissier called Lee Hak-soon.
I actually like bread but I didn't know Lee Hak Soon Patissier was famous.
It's a famous cake for the president-elect and he makes it himself.
The location is quite ambiguous and it is not easy to visit unless you bring a car.
The entrance is very large and the parking lot is quite large. However, the large parking lot is almost full.
Most of them seemed to come for family dessert.
The appearance is like a bread factory. There are buildings like houses next to it and there are many places to sit here and there.
I went inside and looked for a seat and there are so many people.
It's a weekend on Sunday, so there are many amusement parks.
So noisy must be reduced.
It was not easy to settle down.
There are two couples, but it's okay, but most of them come to the house and wait.
I took a difficult seat and went to the bread corner to pick bread first.
There weren't more bread types than I thought.
The good thing is that I cut out a little bit to taste each bread, so I tried to pick out some of the troubled breads.
Chef Lee Hak Soon's famous bread was Morblanc. But we didn't eat.
I had lunch, so I only picked two kinds of bread. I picked the ink bread and the beef sack.
Americano picked beans from aromas and originals, but ordered aromas and ice capes.
After all it was considerably long in order to place. And in between, there were breads and gifts for easy eating.
It's like a mart.
I received coffee and bread. In fact, the name Lee Hak-soon didn't look stylish, but I was surprised that the cup and the design were so sophisticated.
The bread tastes so light that it was delicious. It doesn't stick very much, but it goes very well with coffee.
The coffee taste was no different from the average cafe.
It was not a cafe like a professional barista, so it had a good taste and aroma.
Lee Hak-soon Bakery Cafe felt like a big bread factory as a whole. Lots of people, lots of bread, lots of tea ~
Rather than the word healing, it's a good place to stop by for a little bit of coffee, but it doesn't seem to be a place to visit.
Then next time, let's come to eat Morblanc bread.
