I think you mean RECITING Ayat Al Kursi, not praying. Ayat al Kursi means "Verses of the throne" Its a verse in the Qur'an. And I think you know the Azan is the call to prayer. Anyway, I really appreciate your comment, thank you :)

We fast/saum from 5.40-5.50am till 7.15pm. I usually drink water and dates for shoot and, eat whatever food prepared or bought for iftar.

They do nor eat shell fish because it is a bottom feeder. Some ppl just are not strick on diet laws and only focus on pork.
