Guys i just got this headset and it's fkn awesome. Compared to Hyper x cloud stinger 2 wireless that i had and returned these win anyday of the week. Fit more nicely to your head, better sound quality, better build quality, comes with usb c-dongle so u can listen music on phone. What more can i say. Under 100€ price class id say these are one of the best wireless headset available. With armoury crate you can customize the sound, add more bass etc. It's great. Overall 4.5/5 battery life is 15 hours, charged these up last night been using them for a while yesterday and today and the battery still shows 98%. 5/5

hi how can i enable its 7.1 im using the wired version and it doesnt popup on armoury crate
for charging time , how long will it fully charged? mine stuck at 25% .almost 1hr charging
coming from the i309 video, what made it rattle? I opened up mine and something on the PCB is rattling and I can't wrap my head around what it is
that was the flex cable connecting the top shell to the main board. I tried to tape it to the shell and it somehow went away..but the tape I used was kinda loose so it eventually fell off when I tried shaking vigorously lol. I showed that one on the Quasar Prime vid. Looks like they did something with that since there was no noticeable rattle on the Quasar Prime.
On a side note. If you already took it apart and it still rattles then yours could be a different case. Btw the LED diffuser for the DPI indicator has some play on it but should be fixed tightly once you close the shell. The i309pro has some QA issues as far as my review and some other tech reviewer vids are concerned.

That's weird. Did you try reinstalling the software? There are virtual surround test videos on youtube. You can use that to test as well if your surround is indeed working.

No. You need to use the dongle...The dongle is USB-C(it has an adapter for regular USB). The headset cannot operate on wired mode. It only communicates with the dongle. The USB-C port is for charging only.

I think no. This headset doesn't have bluetooth. It uses a 1:1 connection with the dongle and it's only tested to work on PC, consoles and phones.

You mean the adapter? Haven't really tried it but I guess it would. The adapter works like a typical USB-C to USB-A adapter

@@kapnu_ ahh..no it doesn't have bluetooth. I think that's a reasonable decision for a company like ASUS that focuses more on performance.

Per my testing, the headset only works with the dongle. And the cable is mainly used for charging only. You can keep using it though while it's charging as long as the dongle is connected. Mic and sound will work as intended.

Asus claims it is compatible with Mac devices and mobile phones..unfortunately, they did not specify if it's compatible with iPads.. I have not personally tried it since I don't own one. I was only able to test this on mobile phones and it works.

Not really..if Bluetooth yes may noticeable delay..Pero this one uses 2.4ghz wireless dongle..same tech used in wireless gaming mice

same dongle ung ggmitin niu. If you saw the vid, type C ung connector nia by default so it would work on most mobile phones and handhelds. Kpag sa consoles nmn na walang Type C port, you can use the adapter.

Di ko pa natry ung Oppus X ng Razer eh. So far ok nmn ung TUF H3. Mas poppy ung bass nia compared sa Arctis 5. Pero di nmn cla mxado nagkakalayo sa sound quality. Mas trip ko pdin Arctis 5 though kc convenient ung chatmix dial lalo n kpag nagwowork while soundtripping. No need na mag-pause ng music kapag may biglaang call/meeting. Isang pihit lng ng switch mute n ung music ng PC hehe
