Stage design looks fantastic again. That was the biggest strength of the previous game.
Looks amazing but just sounds below par for 2020 rally game. If i close my eyes it sounds like i'm listening to a mid 90s rally game. Stages though - they look incredible again!

@@ignaciocaballero4397 That's a massive difference. This sounds like an engine but literally a mad bee in the game.
I don't really care much about the graphics, the game looks fine, it's all about the driving and honestly, it's looking pretty nice. I had issues with slow steering response on WRC 8 but it seems like the cars are a bit snappier here. For a yearly release I do believe this is one of the games that is growing the most and the best, can't wait to try it!
Yeah glad im not the only one feeling that, its like lag in steering response, especially near middle. Are you using a wheel? Im using a g29 on std ps4.
@@jacquesjtheripper5922 I'm actually on controller. Typically controller does get quite a bit of filtering but steering wheels should never get filtered, that just takes away the whole purpose of getting a wheel for games.

We know perfectly well what the stages look like. The Safari has been run every single year without fail, just without the WRC field. The full 2020 stages are available in recce format right here on RUclips.

It looks like they've sorted out the water physics. I really hope so.
All the older generation cars used to be specially modified for Safari rally events with things like snorkel , extra fog lamps etc. Such details are lacking in WRC 9. It will be great add on to the game feature if that update is possible

It’s just my opinion. WRC car s engine sound is feel like very fast But speed meter avalage 80 to 110.
So, if you sound off or lower engine sound maybe time is pretty change.

Whats the frame rate? 8 was locked to 30 fps if I'm not mistaken.
Might pick this up when it goes on sale, wish the car selection was a little more diverse... and I’ve heard the historic cars aren’t as detailed in terms of handling🤨

The sound is different from WRC 8. It's enough to compare two videos with a Fiesta to realize it.
FYI,sound is the same on the Yaris and Hyundai because only the Ford has the new sound,others will also be updated on the final version of the game.
