    Why are the Nigerian Police and indeed the security forces in this ugly habit of abductions to the extent of beating up arrested persons?
    Could this be speaking to colossal lack of job training and lack of professionalism? Why is this rampant and defy standard global practices?

    • @ikechiude
      @ikechiude 18 дней назад +3

      The current set of individuals in our police at this point are the least grades of individuals in Nigeria. About 90 percent of them are doing the job because they’ve been rejected in the society and can’t get anything else to do. Hence, they can’t get police job if Nigeria actually works.

    Our Senior Advocates should try to make sacrifices on behalf of oppressed citizens. If senior lawyers speak up more frequently against these violations and offer legal representation pro bono, things would be better. But alas, they are more concerned with making money and not putting their live, family or business in danger which is completely understandable.

      @@ebinabodoibo7196I think he was just highlighting the manner the law enforcement and security agencies kidnap people. They kidnapped MNK largely because the govt didn’t like what he was saying/exposed. They’ve kidnapped PIDoM for the same reason. Keep in mind Tinubu is inheriting Buhari’s anger with MNK.
