    Help me please, cant connect nanopix 2 to my laptop ,it says “connect size 2 to youre computer” but its connected and now I canot use it,help me please

      There might be a problem with your port. Try changing the port or attach an additional cable provided in the box to the sensor cable and then try it.

      Or if it’s a software issue then
      Try changing settings in ur Nanopix app
      From Nanopix 1 to Nanopix 2
      or any other related settings

      @ I think its the software because I instaled windows on a macbook air ,I try with a real windows laptop ,thank you

    Hi
    I am not able to open it as when i downloaded nanopix it said to upgrade i clicked upgrade then it showed it want immediate restart i clicked restart and now its not opwning

    please after the installation and connection of the RVG the software asks me for a license and displays an error message, what should I do please?

      Contact Orikam team they will solve the issue by guiding u through TeamViewer.

    I couldn't pass the message saying please check the sensor connection

      Have you connected the sensor…?
      If yes, then try using a different port.

    After nanopix 2 sensor type and retry option the x ray source window is not coming what to do next????
