Hi I am not able to open it as when i downloaded nanopix it said to upgrade i clicked upgrade then it showed it want immediate restart i clicked restart and now its not opwning

There might be a problem with your port. Try changing the port or attach an additional cable provided in the box to the sensor cable and then try it.
Or if it’s a software issue then
Try changing settings in ur Nanopix app
From Nanopix 1 to Nanopix 2
or any other related settings
@ I think its the software because I instaled windows on a macbook air ,I try with a real windows laptop ,thank you

You can reinsert a pen drive and try again

If yes, then try using a different port.
