I agree. I think they should remake it a defense item which give you duel resistance that can stack when there's an enemy hero nearby.

I hate that they didn't make this a global release. Just playing the practice stuff is so much fun. But id love to be able to play ranked and everything else without having the 300 ping that comes with it. But you are amazing kyoui keep up the awesome content.
Lol its not a turret pushing item but more of depensive one. In pushing turret then youre right its prettymuch useles but in defending your base when there is no turret left and the only defense is you and minions this is actually good. Your minions will be harder and it can give more time to clear the enemy minion wave.
I dont prefer this item unless your turrets are completely destroyed
Not really when it comes to late game any armor can easily shred by armor pen
@@kyouitv thats not what i mean. this item is handy when its a 4 v 1. 4 of your teammates try to contest for surtur and the other one is in the exposed base preventing a split push. Also this is handy in heroes who doesn't have clearwave mechanics like mantis. Yes penetration will do more damage but still a minion with 300 def stats is harder to take down rather than 200 def stats minion even if you have penetration.
Im not trying to argue here. Im just saying ill need this item in some situations
