I definitely agree with waiting to buy Pat McGrath palettes when they're on sale, but would recommend buying directly from her website. She has 25-30% off sales on a pretty regular basis!
THANK YOU for being so amazing in the response of my last couple of vids! I know I randomly posted my Holy Grails lists late but it was so encouraging for me since I was nervous that I didn't "hit the right times" for everything. Since those mini reviews seemed helpful & I was already planning on buying a few things from the Sephora sale myself, I thought it might be beneficial to compile a few of my top recommendations in a list so it can serve as a guide if you wanted to take advantage of the site-wide discount since it's fairly rare. :) Oh, and some were saying they couldn't find the products link so if you want to shop with my affiliate link you can find ALL the products here: liketk.it/3By6a Let me know if there's something you are DEFINITELY buying that I missed!
Hi Jen! Any chance you could list out the names of the products in the description please? We don't have Sephora in the UK and all the images and links on the LTK page are broken T_T I'd still love to try and find your recs in the UK tho!
It would be nice to see the product that was used because it shows that it’s something that you really enjoy using and it’s more authentic, at least imho - not sure why it’s needed to show a brand new set. (Referring to the Natasha Denona palette that you mentioned)
Hi! I have been following you for a long time! Love the videos and reviews that you do. My foundation shade is very similar to yours. What shade are u in Mac? Thank you🥰
so nostalgic to hear you mention such OG faves like the stila liner! I remember trying it probably 10 years ago now from your recommendation. It wasn't as long-lasting on me but glad you still love it!
Please share what's been good for you! Honestly I need to do a liquid eyeliner showdown and actually test out which is the longest lasting. I'd love any input on which I should test out!
@@frmheadtotoe UD Perversion WP Pen lasts the best on me. A drugstore option I enjoy is Loreal Flash Cat Eye WP Eyeliner. Wet n Wild Breakup Proof is ok but is not as long lasting on me. Dolly Wink My Best Liner lasts a while on me too and is easily washable with some warm water.
@@frmheadtotoe Thanks for your reply Jen :')! My HG is the Kanebo Kate Super Sharp Liner (the only one that has never smudged on my monolids). I'm currently testing the KISSME Heroine Make Smooth Liquid Eyeliner since their mascara is still my HG, but I will have to update you with my results. The KVD tattoo eyeliner was also fairly smudgeproof but the pen itself dried out within weeks :(
hi Jenn! always pleasant to watch your videos. since the pandemic, I have purchase less makeup. I tend to choose comfort over styling nowadays. so my Sephora purchase was mainly all skincare products. I picked up a "new to me" product from Ouai, their St. Barts scalp and body scrub, I think you will like that. it smells tropical and leaves my skin feeling soft. I also picked up Glow Recipe new Sunscreen, and their Plump Plump moisturizer.
I just got the Glow Recipe sunscreen so I can't wait to try that next! And YES I totally did the same thing during the pandemic. Wore almost no makeup and really focused on my skincare, which really paid off in the long run! My skin is so much better now than it was before. :)
Thanks for the recommendations! I haven’t been using face makeup for the past 2 years and starting to dip my toes back in. Would you consider doing a side by side comparison of IT cosmetics CC+ cream and the new product? I love the CC cream and interested in seeing how the two compare on skin. 🥰
I have a grandma Rosie so it was so funny when you said that because the bathroom at my grandma's house used to have a bowl of dried roses and you could definitely smell it.
I got my first Pat McGrath for free as a gift at Sydney’s new Sephora store opening n my god it is my fav eyeshadow palettes to date!!! I’ve been using it for over a year now n it’s still not finished yet! 10/10
Hi Jen! I watch this video and got the Natasha Denton’s mini. But when I RUclips videos nothing seems to catch me. Having a Asian decent like you I would like to see how you wear this palette. TIA~
i love the natasha denona’s liquid eyeliner. it’s very easy to control and never gets too dry when you use it over metallic eyeshadow and sweatproof. saie glowy super gel lightweight dewy highlighter. it’s feels like skincare, it’s so hydrating and a super pretty glow, a more neutral champagne that doesn’t lean too yellow. some dr jart ceramidin masks. they were super helpful in recovering from chemical peels. lighter skin care products for spring/summer. also the merit tinted lip oil that i’ve heard a lot of good things about. the lip tint and highlighter is actually part of sephora’s clean me up makeup set so that can be worthy of consideration too
totally forgot since i was focused on mu but i’d def stock up on anything olaplex. it’s been a life saver. i’ve gone lighter than ever but hair is still very soft and mostly tangle free. my favorites are the deep conditioner and styling creme.
Hi Jen, I absolutely love the OG CC cream by it, That’s my everyday but it starts to break up after six hrs. Would you say the dior would be a great alternative with long lasting power? Ps. I need hydration
Yes it is! This one is in size XXS but I also have another in XS that I wear a little baggier. Since it is a cotton/wool mix I don't wash it in the washer (just hand-wash and lay flat to dry once in a long while when I can see it's dirty) but I haven't noticed any shrinking.
It feels like you had to make a hair tutorial video of pigtails or twintails in your hair, Jen! You had never had pigtails in your hair before, right, Jen?
my mom tells me it's better to have your hair dry, especially near the scalp. otherwise when we get older, we will experience headache/migraine. when hair is wet, it is weak compare to when it's dry. the hair stretches like a rubber band and prone to damage in a wet state.
I don't think it's only a Korean thing but a lot of Asians do say to not sleep on wet hair. I've been told it can cause headaches and a lowered immune system, but I still usually sleep on wet hair after showering at night 😅
My hairdresser told me that sleeping with wet hair (especially near the scalp) may cause hair loss because the remaining moisture may capture more dust and other particles in the air and clog the pores. I kinda found this to be true. I used to have trouble with occasional scalp pimples when I slept with my hair wet but drying the scalp thoroughly really made a difference.
Omg how did you know? I actually did! This was after a couple days so it became more loose waves. I think I still need to play with it to perfect my technique! I just bought the long barrels so hopefully that will work better for me :)
This is one of the greatest channels on youtube. It’s such a joy to find new videos cause you put so much effort and time into them and it shows. I find interest in their products. Thanks

@@frmheadtotoe I would love it if you do! Hoping others agree with me! 😁😁🙏🏻🙏🏻
Would love to see that too. The cc cream has been my holy grail for years now
Thr new one is glowyvinstead of semi matte
Not good for people with greasy skin
I like citrus scents too. My favorite Jo Malone scent is nectarine blossom and honey.
That’s the one that’s my favorite! If you like that you’ll definitely like the Skylar one

yep! Save spring code pretty much for everything. Just added Foreo Luna 3 brush to my basket, so excited
Try the BTS X AMOREPACIFIC Lip Sleeping Mask. I am OBSESSED. It is only at Sephora.
Great video and love the top on you! Can you please tell us where is it from?
My top is from Aritzia! It's called the Plunge Front cardigan and mine is in the color Suave Green

Hi! Do you have an all time favorite mascara brand?
Where is your knitwear from? It's so pretty!!
Thank you so much! It's a cardigan from Aritzia called the Plunge Front cardigan.
Just found your channel and loving your recommendations. However, do not buy Pat Mcgrath from Sephora even at 20%. Better deals on her website.
Thank you for sharing. Please share your Retin-A routine.
I added the Rare beauty blush and N Denona mini palette to my cart after watching you😊
Did you like the blush?
You covered it. I think perfumes r always practical to get on sale as well as high end foundation, and yes Natasha D eyeshadows is always a must🤗
Saphora is a fab brand. I like that your video is much detail. Massive likes
The Biba palette is not that expensive as you thought ….It’s $129 and worth it! Same as her Glam palette. It has the best cooler neutral tones.
I love your videos, please make more makeup tutorials like you used to do ❤️
Hey Jenn! Soooo.... I love your top. 💜 Where is it from?

Yay - I miss your videos.
I got some Clinique eyeliners because they stay put & they’re retractable and I’m always losing my sharpeners.
Hi Jenn! ❤️ your make up look. We have the same coloring. What can you recommend as far as contour brush & contour palette?

Wait, is it a Korean thing to make sure you dry your hair before you sleep? I thought everyone does it.
i think it's an Asian thing tbh
