There’s also the fact that it does turn mutual after I think the first incident on Will’s life. Like even though we see Will’s possessiveness at the forefront, the mc eventually doesn’t even care about what he does anymore and just loves him regardless. It’s basically like to people who love each other unconditionally but one is yandere and the other is just sort of very mentally broken. Edit: I also think that she also becomes obsessed with him, definitely on a lower level, but you can sort of see it when she uses her powers on the other fiancé. The author of this manhwa seems to be lost, whatever happens to the MC’s magical and physical trainings? What is the purpose of making the MC seem like a lost, weak girl? There seems to be no character development on the MC, like she started as a 26 year old reincarnated woman, but with what she acted in the story, it seems that her maturity is regressing into an immature, naive girl. If the author wanted a reincarnation story, the least the author can do is make it seem like the MC is acting like a mature girl that she should be. And she is easily manipulated and acting like she hasn’t read the story before and that she has not live the life of the aristocracy and the world of the novel for years after her reincarnation. Making the story with a damsel in distress ache-type MC makes all the MCs effort in the past and her previous knowledge about this world and her previous life as a 26 y/o girl seem very pointless.
