Late to the party apparently but this is great stuff! Dan the wolf man may be eccentric but his transitions and grasp of principles besides just a collection of techniques is very apparent. Fantastic stuff. Will be checking out more videos.
@@DanTheWolfman had a look at the contents but it doesn't seem to cover the details you showed in this vid. More a general approach to standup/street defence with a bit of ground game thrown in. Am I wrong? Might be that the stuff you show here is more useful to people who have some experience.
@@Polentaccio OK don't support me or all the Catch stuff at the end, thanks a lot. Mootch off of all my free knowledge. Because $30 for 4 1/2 hours certainly isn't a deal, and surely you wouldn't learn anything about higher level stuff, bio-mechanics, breaking structure or others that applies to EVERYTHIBG. I am sure you are such an expert you know everything I taught. have a great life...
Hey Guys, DanTheWolfman/CatchJitsu here PLZ Sub, Check Playlists & LEARN from my 10 NARRATED RARE SUBMISSIONS Highlights I did traveling the world rolling w/ PRO FIGHTERS, 1st one here also features Chael Sonnen ruclips.net/video/Xi-5QeUVT_4/видео.html&t= I'm a Catch Wrestler, Gene LeBell Black Belt, BJJ Black Belt, Dan Severn Protege, Trained in Japan 1 1/2 years etc
of course Catch wrestling would be an excellent study for law enforcement in addition to what is already taught. Especially because catch wrestling keeps you focused on being in control, staying on top (pinning), unlike BJJ which has your pulling guard and sometimes accepting being on bottom, law enforcement for practical reasons would rather train to always be on top applying pressure to do things like handcuffing and detaining and keeping risk lower. It also builds functional fitness in combat situations, and can build confidence and comfort in all angles, which weight lifting lacks, so that you are more in total control over yourself.
Aside from a rear naked choke, the double wrist lock is my favorite technique. You have so much control, and you can apply it from almost anywhere.

@@DanTheWolfman Where is the DVD available from? Love the blend of catch and BJJ, nice to see an evolved top game. Subbing for sure.

Is this great for law enforcement?
