Ukraine Open Floorball ''22. The eleventh tournament during the war

On October 15-16, 2022, the 11th International floorball tournament Ukraine Open took place.
For the first time, the tournament was held at a different location at EMILY ARENA.
And also not in the summer at the end of the season, as it was 10 years in a row, but in the fall.
Due to the full-scale invasion, teams from abroad could not come to the tournament.
Also, a week before the event, junior teams were canceled due to the high risk of missile strikes.
But despite all the difficulties, 10 teams from Kyiv, Ternopil, Lutsk, Uzhgorod, Zhdnievo, Novy Rozdol, Rivne and players from the occupied territories of Melitopol and Zaporizhzhia decided to come and play for the cup.

This year is a unique situation, 2 players scored the same number of points according to the "goal+pass" system (6+9)
And two players received a statuette. They became:

The fact that we live in wartime reminded us of the alarm siren at the beginning of the second game day.
All participants, fans went to the shelter, and match #18 was stopped and finished an hour after the siren.
Thanks to our defenders in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, not a single missile missed and was shot down by anti-aircraft missiles.
