I remember pre-leg-mod petro and it was a true mystery on how you should build it. While I do agree with everything you say about Petro, it's still a great boat, especially with teammates/platoons. Petro vs DD's is very rough though. HE or AP it doesn't matter, the pen sucks. Nice video !
Petro Leg mod makes me mad that other tier 10 heavy cruiser leg mods have nerfs. This is a straight buff and bull shit for the Henry, Venezia and DM. This should have been a buff to it and give it another leg mod to make it different.
honestly i dont think petro and maybe kremlin as well should need to be loaded to the max with leg mods, historical camos, and premium everything in order to become viable while plenty of other ships are similarly competitive with nothing but seaborne assault and a free commander. both ships should get proper buffs so that you dont have to blow your life savings to make them good like many ships should be

It's a fantastic cruiser killer. The problem is 90% of the Tier 10 meta is DD's and BBs cruisers are a rarity at that tier at least on the NA server

Yeah. I went ahead and picked her up. Totally agree. She farms damage, but can’t carry.
