I've been listening to it almost every day for many years now, and the quality of the songs, how the motifs are created, the performances, and the techniques are wonderful. I also like Mr. Imahori's solo, which makes good use of rests. Tomo Fujita's stroke is also wonderful! I never get tired of listening to it every day. It will be learning. Thank you Tomo Fujita!

Totally love how all the notes are played for reasons, the whole solo is a collab of wonderful phrases...So much for me to learn in your playing, the rhythm, the chords and notes you chose, the bending and touching, etc. I love the phrases in 8:07 - 8:15, giving me a huge George Benson feeling. First one is C-7... did you figure out some? Then how long did you spend? Before you try something, then not so good to get answers...because you want to improve your ear right?

True. Its silly to ask for the chords / chord progression / key.
First try to figure it out by ear so you train yourself to pick it up in real life situations
I figured Cm7, Fm, Fdim7, Eb...then while strumming...AbM7 because you're playing a G..then some mixed chord (Bb7 + G){don't know name} to Cm transition...(Eb7+C){don't know name, looks like similar transition as before} to Fm7 etc...I spent around 5-10 minutes for the mixed chords. The other chords came to my ears quite instantaneously. Can you tell the names of those? In solfege the mixed chords (Bb7+G) is like creating a tension pulling the note Re to the two chords it belongs to Te7 and Sol Major and it resolves the tension by moving to Do minor...same transition for Fa minor also appears.

First i thouth it was i mistake from the guitarist but..i think it is intended,iam not sure.Sorry Mr Fujita,i play since 15 years Guitar(E) but i study by myself.I dont know much about music theory but i always keep it up and try to learn.i saw you first with john mayers gravity with students at berklee and from this point i hear and love your music.your playing impress me very much and the track Kyoto running in my mind from first hearing..ups longer then regular answer but you should know that i hear you in germany and me friends love your music "work" too.best regards Marc
