Hey Ross, this is a well-thought-out video that answered my questions about using my Rode Wireless Go II with the Hero 12. Right now I'm still using my Hero 7 in a Ulanzi Cage that allows me to quickly set up and use my Rode Wireless Go II mic and an external light with it. I mostly use it for vlogging on my art channel when I go out in the field to do a demo (much like what you do). I'm working out whether getting the 12 makes sense for me, or if I should just stick with the 7. Hmmmm
