Hey guys, I know the audio quality is not good. By tomorrow, I should have the subtitles done so that it's easier to understand what I'm saying. EDIT: I've finished the captions. Please use them because the audio can be difficult to understand.
Galaxy Fight was always good. Back in 1995 when I had it for my Playstation, I ignored the reviews ripping it apart for not being Street fighter or Mortal Kombat and also for having loading screens between battles. But I couldn't care less as it was the only version I could play at the time and I got every bit out of it. Once you got your opponent caught in a stampede rush loop, this was it. Run to build momentum and hit hard to send your opponent flying and when you chase after him fast enough you could send him flying again before he had a chance to get up, eventually stun-locking him and victory.
Awesome, cheers man! I've been a Waku Waku 7 enjoyer for years but only chose to randomly try Galaxy Fight today, immediately really impressed by how unique it is, and this video explained even more and showed the cool aspects to the combos/pressure, looking forward to hopefully finding matches for this game!
this video was a HUGE help. i think the biggest thing was probably the insight on crouch canceling lights, and, the delayed cancel window! I literally couldn't cancel any moves before this video XD Its actually not that hard but it goes against my instincts to do it so late. Also, i actually thought your voice wat totally understandable, although a bit quiet. anyway, really nice job, and thank you so much! good editing too btw. for followup videos, perhaps go into character specific stuff ? Like maybe show off 3 combos or so per character, one easy, one medium and one hard. like little combo trials? and explain the basics of what they do? a move list alone could do alot for noobs like me.
I was planning on making a video about specific Touch of Deaths. It’d also explain when and how certain techniques are used in those combos. Would a video going over each characters’ movelist be good? Specific character videos are definitely going to be made in the future.
@@CherryKnockoutYT Yea i think move list and brief idea of what moves are good for would be good, maybe just flash a graphic+some text before your touch of death explanations? whatever you think uses your time appropriately
Good guide. I was intrigued by some of Sunsoft's fighting games, but could never figure out why I couldn't seem to click with the mechanics. This insight will hopefully help me out in that regard.
I've finished the captions. If you can, please provide any feedback so I can improve the quality of future videos. Edit: Oh and thank you for watching!
yo man huge thank to you for the video, i really, REALLY like it's presentation...the video looks nice, it's hella informative and straightforward...and it's quite unique, because...well, the gal-fi has not so much interesting content on the youtube, yeah. don't care for the audio quality tho. i can hear you and understand what you saying, that's basically everything i want. ty 4 the video, i'd like to see something like this but on the waku7 themes, haha

Why have a stun mechanic if 80% of the cast can just hold down back to get out of it? That is just strange design choice.
My best guess is that it's a mechanic to catch newer players off guard.
