This is a valuable addition to my woodwork collection ruclips.net/user/postUgkxkNYRBJuiJ6EwD-tQSAlxg0eFKsnR2cgz I still will rate this woodwork plan as the best in my reference library. It always seem to stand out from the rest whenever you go through the library. This is a masterpiece.

Don't listen to the haters. No amount of lawn chairs from walmart would ever please that little girl as much as one made for her by daddy. Trust me on this, I was once one of those little girls.

WOW, what a great idea for a little girl from her daddy. Trust me this little chair will go to HER little ones and on and on it will go from daddy, grandpa, great grandpa and for ever. BRAVO

Great idea! However, as the father of two formerly rough and tough boys, I believe that I would have made it out of a single piece of quality hardwood and twice as thick. A brilliant design for a cute little kid. They do grow up so fast!

Built my grandkids a tea party table and four chairs from a old hickory tree years ago and they love it. The only problem should of built one more table 😂.

Great job. Seen something similar somewhere. Perhaps glue the 2 pieces 90 of each other so the grain can be stronger. That is how I did my work tables. Maybe it would be stronger for a larger person on a bigger build.

I for one am happy to see this kind of work. For video content check out This Old Tony who does video very much in the way you presented and has an avid following. He includes his kid as well as a cat and not much talking. Watching the project unfold is a good reason to watch this style. lastly from the comments and my own imagination that technique lends itself to other projects as well.

This is a brilliant video for 3 different reasons.First one is it is great for ASMR .2nd one is it's nice to see good old simple but well substantiated wood working and seeing all the tools and techniques used as a person that's interested in woodworking.3rd reason is the reason why you built it,because I thought it looks uncomfortable as fuck then when I seen who you made it for a felt quite warming and happy.Never thought a woodworking video on RUclips would make me emotional ha ha ha.So thankyou sir.
