We want to try pair programming in my team and I am getting information on the topic. Your videos are great and have very valueable infos. I stumbeled upon Martin Fowlers page before and found it to supply the best and most complete pair programming reference. What I am still missing is seeing pair programming in action. Like, what can and should a navigator actually communicate to the driver. What if the driver gets stuck. A lot of practical questions are still open and even if we try it out, how can we see if it worked out good or bad. Thanks for your work Bran!
I learned a lot of valuable lessons from just half of the video already. Companies and teams try to live these ideals but i feel like its not exactly understood what it means
Pair programming philosopher. You are probably very human-oriented, but software engineering is not human-oriented profession, but project-oriented. Education in the project is important, but strong leadership is needed to broadcast the knowledge and project assumptions across team members. Pair programming is a wasting of time and no results consuming a lot of energy and distracting from a real work.
Fantastic video. Very insightful

An example would be more valuable

Pair programming is an idea and it should not be enforced.
