Really nice to see another video. Years ago I used water to flush out a 2” hole under my walkway for a 1 inch pipe It was definitely harder and messier than this. I always like seeing your spade used. It doesn’t flex at all. That thing is a beast.
Hello, I like the 12 inch trenching spade. I searched your website and registered for the coupon, but when I input the coupon, it does not work. It kind of upset me since I thought it would work.
@@WiltonThinlineTrenchingSpade how about if dirt etc get in between the conduit ? How would we hit the punch bar back out in comparison to a flagged bar? Not hating just curious as I run drops everyday
The conduit fits onto the punch bar with almost no gap so you end up with only sand granules between the conduit and steel. Some dirt will get in there and it may get stuck the first couple of inches but not terribly. A few taps at the point of the punch bar with your hammer and it'll slide out the rest of the way easy. The conduit is a fairly slick material and the steel glides right out.

@@WiltonThinlineTrenchingSpade Just ordered one. Thanks!
How do you pull the punch bar back out? Does it just slide out as it’s in the conduit?
The conduit is just slightly larger than the bar allowing for it to slide out while the Earth holds the conduit in place.
