Thank you very much! Check out the new Guzzi Ambassador video I just posted. Have another interesting one I just got back on the road.

I think it's great that you could do your own work. I have always wanted a M.G. but we don't see many around Tennessee. It's a good looking bike. You did a good job.

You can too! Give it a shot. Guzzis are very easy to work on. Extremely simple motors and bikes.

Moto guzzi motorcycles are very beautiful. I'm writing this as the owner of a modern Moto guzzi V9. I have a lot of fun riding this motorcycle and it is not a trivial motorcycle.

Right on! I agree, I love them. I currently have a 2012 Moto Guzzi Stelvio NTX 1200.

Excellent - SAVED from a Cycle Garden makeover! Great bikes, got a couple - including an Ambassador, still with the original generator, never had the bottom end apart - enjoy!

Very nice! I just bought same model/year in similar condition i.e. a runner but long neglected. Similar cosmetic patina ;-) Have rebuilt carbs and eventually plan to do similar rebuild as you!

The shifter return spring upgrade is interesting - I've broken two of the 4 speed ones and have to centre the shifter with my foot at every change - annoying but liveable. I'll ask around about the 5 speed spring though as the replacement 4 speed one only lasted a year or so.

It looks great, recommissioned rather than restored and exactly what I would have done, if lucky enough to own it. A credit to your skills and just unfortunate that I am in the UK or I would be interested in buying! Good luck Paul

Thanks! It was a great bike. Already regret selling it, but I've moved on to rebuilding an old 77 Triumph T140V.
