I confirmed that it was defective by trying the 3200Mhz ram on my amd system and it also crashed right away when i turned on xmp. I ordered new 3200Mhz ram, because I notice that 1% lows and .01% lows are better when the ram is at 3200Mhz.

I've made the comparasions between both processors and intel 12400F it's the best option in my opinion. It doesn't heat up much compared to the other one. At least, in Cyberpunk 2077, the intel 12400F goes with +10 fps compared to the ryzen 5600x
