सन 1994 में आदरणीय श्री वीरभद्र सिंह जी ये नियम लेकर आये थे कि हिमाचल के बच्चो को उतनी सुविधाएं नही मिल पाती इसलिए कोई दो board की क्लासेज जिस बच्चे ने हिमाचल से की हो वही एडमिशन का हकदार होगा। इस नियम का फायदा निश्चित रूप से हिमाचल के बच्चो को हुआ। लेकिन आनन फानन में नियम बदलना निसन्देह गलत है।

Hi i don't expect hate comments but listen i live in delhi and i have himachal domicile because my father lived in himachal for almost half of his life like 20-30 years and we have property there since 20 years or even more i don't even know then my father got transferred to delhi because of central govt now why i don't deserve himachal domicile even many states have this property rule like UP so don't cry about this i anyway got 572 so i am not getting seat in himachal but still u should catch people who made fake Domicile not those who made legal one with this rule and this rule is completely fine many state have same rule i again saying my father spend half of his life in himachal so why don't his son get benefit and cutoff was anyway gonna get high this year and there is no bad that i am getting domicile anyway i am not getting MBBS seat in himachal and going for pvt college but still rule is not bad the people who made fake domicile are bad they should be debarred and next year there should be strictness in reviewing the domicile. Guys i am saying not only for himachal but for other states maturity is PW have increased the competition tremendous and people take so many drops even in himachal pradesh that competition is so high even if domicile rule was not there still cutoff would have been 590 easily the fact we should accept that online education+ easy paper have destroyed neet paper and obviously people who made fake domicile should be behind the bars and genuine students should get seat but by watching these videos this also make me a feel like criminal even tho i deserve the Domicile if my father was not posted to delhi then mai bhi 8th 10th 12 himachal se karta but because of central govt i have to do from delhi and many states understand this and made this rule which is completely 100% right rule. Please stop crying only 595+ deserve MBBS seat if they debared the fake people so people below it should not show how deserving they were just accept the fact competition has increased a lot jo NTA ne list nikala tha for students per centre kiske kitne marks the usse se counselors predicted 585-590 will be cutoff for himachal even before domicile rule aur ab delhi wala himachal mai thodi dene jayega paper wo toh delhi mai dega na toh competition have increased accept the fact
Students whose parents are central government employees could take the advantage of the state quota even before the rule was changed. And the fight is against fake domiciles only.... students who've made their domiciles legally do not need to worry.
