I would say possibly the lowest point for Erica as a character came at a point where the writers could have made a hit story.... Summer of 1989 when she finds out her father is alive and well. And working as Barney the clown.... If you have not seen some of these scenes, I can promise you, you have to watch them with an open mind full of humor.... Then when Eric Kane is finally introduced to us, we hardly ever have much of a chance to see father and daughter hash out everything.... He's just all of a sudden the new character on the show, and not even an interesting one ..... And some of the circus scenes are particularly pathetic. The only redeeming quality about the whole story line was how sick Jackson was of Barney the clown
@@PALScHatPodcast ironically, I think that summer was one of the greatest for "all my children". But that storyline was the weakest. The stuff with Adam ,Dixie and Tad is awesome

I've seen very little of Eric Kane. I'm looking forward to getting into it.
