ڈاکٹر اسرار کی نیت پہ مجھے کوئی شک نہیں ہے لیکن اقامت دین کی حوالے سے جو مولانا وحیدالدین خان صاحب نے مولانا مودودی کی فکر کا جو علمی رد اپنی کتاب تعبیر کی غلطی نامی کتاب میں کیا اس کا علمی رد نہ خود مولانا مودودی سے ہو سکا نہ ڈاکٹر اسرار سے اور نہ جماعت اسلامی کے کسی نامور عالم سے، ہو گا بھی کیسے وہ کتاب واقعی اس حوالے سے بہت عمدہ کتاب ہے۔ جس طرح پاکستان مخصوص حالات کی پیداوار ہے اسی طرح ڈاکٹر اسرار بھی حالات کی پیداوار ہیں، معذرت کے ساتھ ان کی شخصیت ٹھوس علمی نہیں تھی۔ اللہ ان کو غریقِ رحمت کرے۔

ایک اور بات ڈاکٹر صاحب نے ساری زندگی جنگ کی بات اگر کی ہے اور جنگ کو ہی ٹھیک سمجھتے ہیں تو اللہ کو ٹھیک نہیں سمجھتے تو پھر اپ نے اپ نے بھی تو جنگ کی باتیں ہی کی ہے جھنگ کی نہیں
