"Naprej Zastava Slave" (Forward, Flag of Glory) is a Slovenian patriotic song that served as the unofficial regional anthem of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia from 1945 until 1989.
Originally an 1860 poem titled "Naprej", written by Simon Jenko, the piece grew very popular among Slovenians, serving to influence the rise of Slovenian nationalism. As the Slovenian nation started to develop its own identity, the melody, composed by Simon's cousin, Davorin Jenko, took head as the leading Slovenian patriotic hymn for its lyrics about the love of the fatherland and its strong tune, leading to it becoming the first Slovenian text ever to be translated into English. Being seen as the de-facto national anthem of the Slovenes, it was incorporated into the anthem of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, then the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes, alongside "Bože Pravde", the Serbian anthem, and "Lijepa Naša Domovino", the Croatian anthem. During the Second World War, the song was very popular among both the Slovene partisans and Slovene collaborators, serving as the anthem of the Slovenian Home Guard (the fascists) and also the opening melody of the Kričač radio station, run by the Liberation Front of the Slovene Nation (the communist partisans). Today, it is the official anthem of the Slovene armed forces and presidency.
This specific recording is from a 1977 album containing the "l'Internationale" in Slovene, the Slovene version of the Yugoslav anthem, "Hej Slovani", and this song.

*Likely refers to the Liberation Front of the Slovene Nation (Osvobodilna Fronta slovenskega naroda), the partisan group that fought against the fascists and liberated Slovenia. I could be incorrect in what this refers to though because I don't speak Slovenian
