If Gojo knew Ui Ui could swap souls, it would make sense that he wouldnt suggest it until it was needed. Since cursed techniques are etched into the brain, and RCT also requires the brain, it'd be better to build your own neural pathways for this stuff. Learning via soul swap is like trying to reconstruct memory from memory, or mapping neurons based on someone elses brain. Sure, it's obviously faster, but it might be less potent.
it'd also correlate to the fact that yuji went offline a few chapters earlier since he wasn't rct'ing properly. The lack of practice and sort reciting the feeling of how rct should work vs having engraved the method for rct into muscle memory would make sense for him doing his inefficient rct pre black flash
It might also make UiUi immobile, or give him other negative side effects even if he can do it twice a month. Gojo wouldn't use a kid like that, just to give his own students an edge. Plus Mei Mei wouldn't let him.

If Ui Ui regained his soul swap ability right before or during the final fight against Sukuna, I think it would be interesting if he swapped Megumi's soul with Yuji's and Megumi consented to it. It would parallel Yuji and Sukuna's fight in Sukuna's innate domain post juvenile detention arc and it would be really cool to see Yuji and Sukuna brawl it out in the innate domain with Yuji having more equal footing than before and beat out Sukuna to take control over Megumi's body.
This is what I’m hoping for. It would make tons of sense why Yuji was so adamant about trying to save Megumi and trying to convince him to fight back when in his soul. They would need his consent which they don’t yet have.

Probably Shoko since she is the best at RCT and even specifically mentions turning CE into blood. I don't think Yuta is strongest in anything specifically for Yuji to learn anything crazy. Kusukabe is the best at simple domain and CE fundamentals, and Shoko is best at RCT, and Yuji's RCT being focused on specifically, it makes sense he learned it from her.
Also IIRC in a previous chapter Sukuna makes a distinction between how Shoko does RCT vs everyone else.
Combined with her explanation being the best in this chapter (in the sense of showcasing her understanding), it could definitely be the case.
I also agree I feel like yuta and hakari both bringing up how it's instinctual and automatic respectively was to hint at them being ruled out as teachers due to their genuis similar to how gojo wasn't able to teach simple domains
I think it was probably Yuta accounting for the fact that he was able to use cleave a few chapters ago. Prior to this, there has never been a confrontation between Sukuna and Yuta so it wouldn't make sense then how he was able to copy his technique, the swap could fill this gap.

We had an example of body being part of the soul when Geto attempts to strangle Kenjaku during the shibuya incident and since curse techniques are used in the brain, it would make sense using that brain would teach someone that technique if they were to swap bodies.

I don't think so. The most probable is Gojo. Remember in Shibuya. Gojo couldn't use DE because he couldn't specifically target the Curse Spirits?? Maybe due to this failure Gojo might have learned how to target individuals in a domain while he was in Prison Realm?? We know he sort of trained in Prison Realm and we know Gojo improves on his past failures.Also Yuta doesn't really benefit much from anyone by soul swaping EXCEPT Gojo.

what i like about this swap technique is that it adds to the teamwork and collective effort plot point of jjk which is leading to them being able to go toe to toe with sukuna

I think we can rule out anybody swapping with gojo just because of the added difficulty of learning how to use the six-eyes on top of learning reverse cursed technique

I think something to point out is that Having a great mastery over domain Expansions is a trait of Hakari, with him being able to move domain’s and his domain expansion being tied to unorthodox methods it would make sense Yuta swapped with hakari:
It would explain how Yuta was able to select individuals within the domain to attack and also how he was able to move his domain so that Maki could jump Sukuna.
As to the second person I think it’s more likely that Gojo was the one Yuji swapped with. Not only does this imply Yuji could do everything Gojo performed in his fight versus Sukuna but it’ll let him perform similar domain feats if he ever gets a domain expansion. (Which makes sense considering how broken Gojo’s use of Domain expansion actually was)
Gojo = Repairing a ct burnout with RCT, Changing the size of a domain expansion and it’s rules on the fly, Hollow wicker basket, possibly a better understanding of the usage of Cursed energy from the six eyes, Using both ct and cursed reinforcement at the same time to enhance punches, ect the list goes on.
It gives possibilities to Yuji that nobody would quite be expecting. Especially Yuji since he most likely didn’t now a majority of these things were mentioned.
well I think him being able to do it once a month may be a mistranslation. the version I read said that he could do it twice per person because of the one month time limit. which may be totally wrong but I think it is somewhat correct because everyone got a substantial boost rather than only yuji. And considering how everyone used simple domain against sukuna this chapter I am inclined to think everyone swapped bodies with each other to maximixe the results. (for example, yuji could swap with kusakabe to learn simple domain, then swap with choso to get better at blood manipulation and also to pass simple domain to choso. this way everyone could learn simple domain as seen in this chapter where none could use it before)
also the group swap theory could still be true but it would mean some people involved would not have simple domain to counteract sukuna's domain since there are only 4 people shown to be able to use simple domain before this (todo, gojo, kusakabe and miwa)

The barrier improvement might be because yuji learned kusakabe's barrier techniques from the first swap, and then yuta learned that from yuji, and he in turn could learn how to handle multiple techniques at once, use rct and domain possibly.
One thing i do appreciate about JJK is how the characters learned from each other and from their experiences;
Gojos 2 second DE gave mahito inspiration,
Gojo's experience inside the prison realm helped him improvise his DE when fighting sukuna,
Sukuna learned the World cutter from watching mahoraga,
Mahoraga was "corrupted" by watching and adapting to sukuna,
And yuji through his special situation has basically learned numerous CTs and basic CE abilities....
Essentially all it takes is a little experience or for a character to see something once..and they imrovise that experience into a method of combat... not many animes really do it as much as JJK...
And unlike Dragonball where characters just copy techniques..character's in JJK improving and learning from combat, or watching another person fight...while finding ways to improvise...
💀 imagine if yuji’s body because this seems like a muscle memory thing could learn to do RCT like hakari when his domain is active. Because he heals really fast even tho he didn’t completely understand the healing process properly.
Maybe Utahime helped in some way for Ui UI’s technique to be used if we’re following the group swap theory to amplify its affect for everyone to use it thoroughly. (Validating Yuta’s “We cheated.” line)
Gojo probably was the second person to swap with Yuuji if soloed only because it becomes a subtle trace of Gojo still teaching Yuuji the way he did with the movies he watched in the earlier parts of JJK in order to “see” what RCT is, feeling the effect or existence of curse energy multiplied.
Shoko would be a great candidate for this as well, but her significance to the story at large plays a side role…an important one still, but sidelined regardless.
If Yuji did swap with Gojo then I'd be interested on how that works with the 6-Eyes, since the 6-Eyes is a biological feature so for Yuji he'd get to experience the world with the 6-Eyes and how that would affect his understanding of CE in general, I think just having the 6-Eyes for a short time would vastly improve a persons understanding of CE even once they got back to their own body, also it'd be interesting to see Gojo react to not having the 6-Eyes in Yujis body

I think that everything they'd learn would be skewed by having the 6 eye. It would be like learning to swim with water wings and being expected to swim without them because "you learned swimming".

I remember someone calling out Yuji knowing Gojo’s technique when he went to fight sukuna, saying “sensei, you forgot to turn off your technique.” Or something to those lines, and I remeber people linking that with the possibility of Gojo’s revival.
I wonder if that conversation and the responses Yuta and the rest of a crew got from that has something to do with the info we know now.
What if instead of a group swap they used one swap between Yuji and Ui Ui to give him the swapping technique then allowed Yuta to Copy the soul swap technique giving them a total of six swaps in the month
One of the translations I read stated that ui ui could swap 2 times per month per person. If this is the case my guess is that 2 times is the limit for soul swap before the souls take damage. But we will have to wait for better translations to really understand what it means.
And if Yuji swapped with Gojo it would be interesting how he handled the six eyes

Plus with his body, the large amount of cursed energy consumption for rct isn't an issue. And due to Sukuna taking over his body a few times, Yuji's body remembers the jujutsu of the special grade Sukuna, allowing him to advance at an unnatural rate and even inherited the Shrine. And finally, Yuji is a prodigy when it comes to anything related to his body or practical hands-on applications of his powers which means this training is perfect for him. Honestly, with all these factors, Yuji's the most logical person to choose.

If Gojo was able to chain blackflash it could also be because of Yuji's body. Also Yuji can learn about blackflash conditions using six eyes which is makes it possible to chain black flashes in 257. Also it safe to say if Gojo switches with Yuji, then he learns about the memory of Sukuna fighting Mahoraga. I think Gojo still can learn something from Yuji's body. Or he might just retrain his basic, just without six eyes to makes it really strong

6:45 I think Okkotsu swapping only with Itadori is a viable theory. After all, if Yuji is built different thanks to being Sukuna's vessel, it's not out of the question that he has some domain mastery knowledge "written into" his body since Malevolent Shrine is an example of domain mastery
Not to be pedantic, but I do have a couple of things to mention about Ui Ui's technique: First of all, Ui Ui mentions that the limit on the number of Soul Swaps isn't only numerical, but a limit on the number of the swaps *per soul* to two per month ("twice per one person") - considering we also know that Ui Ui's teleportation to each location requires a single activation of his technique, it would follow that each swap (being an extension of his teleportation) would be a single activation, leading us to the conclusion that one use would be to swap them into their Swap-Training Partner's body, and the other would be to swap them back. This is supported by the fact that people are told to "consider your pairings carefully". Additionally, Yuji's body would already have experience with the highest level of RCT as a part of the experience he gained from Sukuna (someone so proficient with RCT that he can heal entire extremities not only subconsciously, but *unintentionally*). Choso also mentions that he wants HIS Swap Training to be with someone who can use RCT, so it's likely that after taking some time to pick it up himself Choso spent some of his time training Yuji helping the younger lad tap into the experience his body already has with RCT.

I believe we can assume that one involved yuta, whether that was yuji x yuta we dont know yet.
we know this because yuta is the one who said "WE cheated". WE. this means you're correct in believing ui ui can swap multiple pairs of souls at the same time, or yuta was involved in a separate swap.
It is also POSSIBLE that yuta was able to copy ui ui's technique, doubling their total swaps. more if they figured out a way to abuse yutas domain?
i HOPE that one of the two multi-swap theories is true (copy or multiple pairs at the same time) because this means that yuta and/or yuji could have used gojo's six eyes in that time! The amount of understanding they could have gained from a temporary use of the six eyes would be insane! yuta could have even used the 6 eyes to master limitless in this time and create infinity, meaning if he ever brings out gojo's copied technique, he could be able to use it still since he would have already learned how.
Gonna hit you with the crazy ideas. First idea is pretty normal, Yuji and Yuta swapped, explaning how Yuta got cleave and Yuji his RCT, also I personally think Yuji ate the the final finger. My second and crazier idea is Yuta and Gojo changed giving Yuta an understanding of Infinite by using the 6 eyes allowing him to copy it (i think this is limited to only blue and a few specific applications as he didnt have an awakening to really dig into the good stuff). and my hail mary idea is, they have not used it yet and it will be used to save one of our currently down and out fighters. oh an Bat shit insane is Yuji swapped with Rika

in the tcb translations, he said twice per person. Not just twice in total so that's probably it
I'm almost certain when he said it can only be done once per month and twice before sukuna, it was per pairing. Because a little later he says "so make sure *everyone* considers their training pairs", which really implies the entirety of the Sukuna Jump Squad did swap training.
The translation i read said that ui ui can soul swap twice per person and that other people can learn abilities when soul swaped due to basic jujutsu muscle memory.
Honestly I could see Hakari being the swap because they really put a focus on the muscle memory of technique on the body, and what better way to develop an automatic muscle response than to have automatic RCT

You got something wrong , ui ui can use his ability freely since he was using in the fight multiple times , the limitation is on the person he use it on , he can't use it on the same person more than twice a month , so it's twice a month per person . That's a also explain the growth of the others .
I think you said this in the previous video too, that they do two soul swaps, and then ponder who else they swap with. I think the point is that ui is swapping them back and forth, since yuji is back in his body. Clearly kusukabe and yuji swap, then after a month they swap back, taking both of the swaps.
I feel like it would be Yuji and Yuta because not only would Yuji get RCT experience but Yuta could also get a better understanding of how to use cleave/dismantle. Plus Shoko wouldn’t get anything out of the swap since she doesn’t fight.

I think the way sukuna sees himself rn the eat, kill, and play mindset lines up with what we've seen him do and some speculation. This aligns wtih play being cleave and dismantle because he breaks his opponents down tares his them apart. The kill being the fire and how he completely melted a crater in the earth when he used it. Finally with eating being what everyone believes he can do with consuming things and gaining there power.
Chris thank you so much for the support man! Glad I saw this. I can definitley see this theme behind Sukuna's actions and the CT does reflect that rather well. Right now my best guess is that the technique is just all about cooking and the kitchen. Knives to cut things up, fire to cook it, and then probably consuption will play a role as well. And there may even be other things in the 'kitchen' we just haven't seen him use yet!

In official translation, Ui Ui said "for one month, there's a limit of two times per person". So there is no limit on how many times he can use it in a month as long as its on different pairs.
Would be cool if Yuji swapped with Gojo, so Gojo could bring out Yuji's cursed technique and Yuji could use the Six Eyes to see how his own cursed technique works, as well as gaining a tremendous amount of knowledge due to the information Six Eyes gives you access to, maybe also allowing Yuji to see the flow of cursed energy and understand Black Flash even better.

I say this just because gojo can sort of perceive and control curse energy on a completely different level due to the six eyes, which hypothetically may be really good for yuji if he can keep what he learnt. Seems like the body swap would have been better used on Gojo, and Yuta. There's a great chance that Gojo could get around the 4 CT limit by either turning somebody who died into his version of Rika or pulling a Sukuna/Mahoraga, and altering his CE, and CT to mimic other CTs, the six eyes (SE) is far more suited for copy than limitless. Copy would bring out the full potential of the SE, while the SE would bring out the full potential of copy.

I think that Ui Ui can swap each individual twice per month. I don't think he meant that he was limited to only swapping two people each month period. There's no limit to his teleportation ability that we've seen, as long as he's "marked" a target. I believe that the limit for soul swapping only exists to prevent any damage to the soul's being swapped, and not a hard limit on Ui Ui's part. I could be wrong of course, but it seems to be that there's no limit on how many people he can swap - just how many times he can swap one individual's soul within a certain time frame.
I was thinking that since yuji swapped with kusakabe first, he mightve been able to help okkotsu learn barrier techniques better.
I could imagine Yuji swapping with Hakari, he could definitenly still learn RCT from that, but he could also learn how to use domain expansion from Hakari which has one of the fastest and most rigged domain

My guess is that if group swap theory is correct it'd take the form of a cycling (A moves into B Which Moves the Into C which moves into D which arrives Back at A (allowing any number of participants in the soul swap but in exchange for the Expanded effect Radius it ceases to Be a binary swap situation (A →B, B→A) because the swap ultimately takes the form of a circle which is why the way i see it a Chain of People being Swapped with the next body in the sequence is most Likely (along with adding an interesting dynamic) and along with this creates a stable pathway of the souls Rarther then a Bunch of Individual pairs(this also allows one person to teach two at once Example(assuming a 3 member circle) A(Yuji) Moves into B (kusakabe) to Learn simple Domain whilst B Moves into C's (Choso) Body Learning Blood Manipulation and Teaching C Simple domain and C Enters A(Yujis) body teaching Yuji Blopd Manipulation and Simple Domain with 1 swap because both the Body your souls Entering and the one entering your body are of different identities and as such teach two seperate things simultaneously (and i believe this is what is Meant By We cheated as to Mean we took advantage of soul swapping in such a way so as to learn more things that are possible at first Glance with the technique
Okotsu watching the swap or being one of the ones swapped would likely net okotsu the swap ability. This would give them up to two additional swaps(assuming he copied it the first time. It would be a massive error for our heros to not try. This would also make up for a what I have thought to be a plot hole with okotsu and the missing sukuna finger. I doubt they would have risked okotsu life in hopes that he could also have the body to take in one of sukunas fingers. However if he were in yujis body at the time it seems much safer.
I thought the same thing that they swapped between each other. Each person gets 2 souls worth of info from another body.
I personally think, or rather kinda hope, that it was a group swap as you said but maybe they ended up only using one swap and then the groomed one swaps their souls again in the middle of a sukuna fight for whatever reason. Like for some strategic reason maybe yuji goes to yutas body to fight hand to hand with some techniques for a sec and choso goes to yujis body to charge up a powerful ball of blood for yuji to use when they swap back. Probably not likely, but would be an insane moment imo

It has to Gojo or Shoko. Those are the only two viable answers considering the limitations. One of the limitations being that Okkotsu doesn't know the intricacies of RCT like Shoko as shown in the panel when Choso asked him and Hakari. It's just automatic for them.
I think that Yuta could have learnt how to improve his domain barrier by being inside Yuji to witness how Sakuna did it in Shibuya
I imagine that Ui Ui's soul swap operates on a timer, where the souls will be switched for only a certain amount of time.
I think it has something to do with hakari. because how he hack or cheats the domain expansion and keeps on getting jackpots again and again, is something that might help them

I think the second was Yuji and Yuta, because that's the reason why Yuta doesn't target Yuji in his DE, he was inside his body and that expanded his understanding over DE and was another special grade for Yuji's body
I think Ui Ui couldnt do the soul swap until recently. After they got yuki research on the soul, allowing everyone to be aware of the soul and its details, which made ui ui able to advance his technique and understanding so that he can swap the soul
Ui Ui might just be the honored one.
personally I believe it was only a two person thing and not a group thing and i believe Yuji swapped with okkotsu because one I think okkotsu had to get his soul swapped cause if not he wouldn’t have said “we cheated” and also I think that before the month time skip okkotsu didn’t have a domain expansion but because Yuji swapped with kusakabe first and got simple domain and in general a lot better with barrier techniques and then he swapped with okkotsu, okkotsu then got the additional barrier expertise handed down from kusakabe that he needed to use domain expansion and Yuji got the knowledge on how to use rct and choso gave him the expertise on how to use ce to make Blood fully allowing Yuji to use rct
If Yuji learned RCT from a swap, I feel like it has to be Gojo. Gege usually sticks to his foreshadowing. Yuta said it’s instinctive for him, so he may have a hard time explaining it. In Hidden Inventory, Gojo said that Shoko is terrible at explaining how RCT worked, but that may have changed since then.
