I live on the 10th floor with floor to ceiling windows that can only open slightly. I did get an estimate by a professional window cleaner who does high buildings, but it was 40 x more expensive than this product. So seems totally worth it. Thanks for the hands-on approach and showing how to use it properly. 🙂

One thing to be careful of is to make sure it doesn’t hit the window as it has a very very heavy weight in it, when I used it again recently I was surprised by how heavy it was and I also must stress the string must be held correctly to prevent it falling and of course hurting anyone!
I live in a 4-story townhouse with 10 windows on rear and 10 windows on front, so this is definitely NOT a waste of time, since it will prevent me having to ever again risk falling 40 feet from my top floor.

I tried using mine a moment ago and found it a bit difficult to use, particularly because I have no idea of the correct amounts of water/detergent to soak it in. But by watching your technique I think I'll give it another go, from top to botom this time. First attempt got streaks in the windows, but they were very dirty and the air was dry outside, maybe after raining it'll work better.
It leaves streak marks so I would say it doesn’t really go a great job! It is easier to have the man come to clean the windows professionally if you want the proper job :)
My dad got me this when I moved into my flat as I’m the first floor, and he said whatever you do don’t remove the bit in the middle and put them together again as it’s soooo strong a magnet 😩😩
Aww that’s so sweet and thoughtful of your dad! What a great dad! And yes he was very wise to pre-warn you about that middle bit! Did you do that?! If so you’ll need an extra strong man to pry them apart! You could give it a go or just ask the nearest strong man! Haha
I used this product today for the first time,but it's a NO for me, windows looked even dirtier then before, rubber thing broke of, and my finger was stuck in between the magnets, it hurted like hell,. I have a real windowcleaner now, called John and he's doing a much better job!

Did you get the correct colour cleaner for your windows? For example the Red one I am using in this video is for double glazed windows, and in my previous video (you can see it on my channel video list) I used the blue coloured one which is actually for thinner glass windows!
Indeed finally someone who actually shows normal struggles when having a new product. I probably eould have ripped the cloths off as well instead of turning the plastic locks. So that's really helpful @@Avery71177

Always try to wash windows right after it rains, because the dirt comes off easier with little to no smear marks
