      I still haven't made that squeeze. It's just a little too rugged and I always forget my sliders because it's so far in the cave. Plus it's wet, my job is to kind of soak up the water.

    I genuinely enjoy watching your adventures and with your happy go lucky attitude towards life, it helps shed light into the dark world of the underground. Figuratively speaking, what's underneath all of us? Who are we truly on the inside? What are we passionate about? The adrenaline you must feel when making it through a squeeze is likely unparalleled. You have found your passion and you actively seek and attain it! How many others can say the same? I watch your videos with my 7 year old daughter and she loves em'! I'm going to take her to an open air cave to "dip her feet in the water" of exploring our earth and what lies beneath our feet. I appreciate all that you do, I wish you the best in life, and thank you for producing such quality/unique/raw/informative/comical/terrifying/exciting/inspiring/wholesome content. We live once in this world and you fine gentlemen have found a way to live your lives to the fullest extent in your passions and desires to explore the unknown. While exploring that unknown, I bet you have discovered more of who you are on the inside (perhaps while simultaneously inside mother earth). Congratulations in finding success in life through your own terms. You are inspirational characters and I find these videos heartfelt/genuine and sincerely moving to witness.

      Thank you so much for all the kind words. We do think about it philosophically as well... Shining light weather is only darkness... That kind of thing.
      I also enjoy the parallel of moths. Which, as Caterpillars, bury themselves under ground and then come out able to fly.

    Ive recently discovered youre channel and i absolutely love watching your vids! I believe that this is my 4th one to watch but the 2nd time ive heard you say "scan"....is that for future mapping? Sorry im such a greenhorn..stay blessed fellas!

    • @EvenDarker
      @EvenDarker  6 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah, it's just a modern way of mapping. The technology is not completely ready for market. There are tools which can be used to scan objects using lidar and photo based imagery. I use mind to scan the interior of caves and then convert it to a 2D map.
      The technology may be complicated, but the scanner isn't. You just point it and walk around slowly... And it makes the map on its own.

    is this the tightest cave you've ever been in? if not tell me what it is plz

    • @EvenDarker
      @EvenDarker  6 месяцев назад +2

      That's a very difficult thing to describe. I'm currently working in a hole in a cave that i've been in for 10 days that I cannot get through. So it's currently the tightest since I can't get through it. But eventually I will get through it.
      It's more fun to tell you some of the easy caves. Hell hole was one of the easiest caves I've ever been in. I've always imagined nutty putty would be very similar.
