Sometimes, in the description of their videos you can find what info they want you to put in your description. I don't know if there's something like a description in spotify so I see there might be a problem on how to put this info there... My guess would be most people ignore it and don't do it at all or they will mention it at the end/beginning of the podcast, a part of the podcast when you'd mention your sponsor/patreon supporters and stuff like that. Or maybe put this in the info tab of your podcast on spotify or something. Or your website/youtube channel. Just so an artist can get a bit of an exposition to new potential listeners.
