Remain clam people. Nothing to see here. Slow news day. It's antifreeze/glycol/rust inhibitor. Most commerical and industrial mechanical pipe systems contain the chemical and it comes in different colors. The chemicals keep the piping system from freezing, slows corrosion, etc. Yes water is corrosive. It's all normal stuff. The chemical here just so happens to be green.

At least they invented a dye to follow it just in case something broke. But to this day they still don't know how to fix anything.
