Germany is my dream country even if l am already living in Germany. Germany was always my dream because of many reasons such as giving me a hope after genocide in Rwanda against Tutsi. I was left alone without hope and l was 7 years old. Germany will be always my life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
What a lovely comment. I wish you all the best! Greetings from Cologne.
I was studying in Germany in 2003, and read in a guidebook about the medieval walled town of Bad Wimpfen in the Heilbronn district of Baden Württemberg, not too far from Mannheim, where I was studying. So one Saturday in early December I went there with my friend. There was a Weihnachtsmarkt (Christmas Market) that day, and all the medieval streets were lined with wooden booths and kiosks selling wonderful German crafts and gifts. It was a magical day, and I unexpectedly got all my Christmas shopping done in no time.
Lovely. The Christmas Markets are amazing!
I remember the lovely trip I did to Germany and all that beautiful Towns, some made me feel as I was in a fairy tale. But one particulary I can't forget, It was a beautiful Summer sturday and I went to Rüdesheim, as a tourisric place It was crowded, but people were só happy that they were singing on the streets, It was contagious, even I try to follow the songs. We danced. It was like a dream coming true.
My favorite is Rothenberg ob der tauber. Blessings from Bavaria
Wow, that sounds so lovely. I live in Cologne and I like Rüdesheim too.
Oh,Germany❤️
I love Germany and Germans so much❤️
Germany is very beautiful country for living and travelling❤️
Greetings from Azerbaijan🤚
I love you so much❤️🤗
Thanks so much for useful videos🙏
Thank you very much, Germany. You are so beautiful, and so special for me. I apreciate and I respect Germany, and I respect and I love german people: God bless Germany, and God bless german people! Your friend, Cristin Schmidt.
I'm excited to see Germany in person and visit the most scenic and more beautiful places.
You already visited?
@@aka99No, suddenly change Plans, we're in Hungary right now and just visited Austria, I'll be posting soon my videos in My RUclips channel
@@zalinafenzfvlog2077 also beautyfull countries
@@aka99 yes, it is beautiful countries
You really need to visit Rothenberg ob der tauber and Bamberg
My dad was in the Air Force and we lived there for six years before we had to come back to the states. The day we left, me and my sister cried. Such a beautiful country.
That’s very cool - so will u go back there
We left in 1956: I was 6. We lived in Der Pfalz, near Pirmasens. I have been homesick ever since.
Why don't you come back?
@@drumstudiomonchengladbach8131 Many reasons. Ich bin jetz ein alte kakka: und mein deutsch ist shrecklisch...
@@txstdmmy9774 All the best to you 🙏🏻🤍
I was born in Lübeck and left the city at the age of 24. Lovely town. Since 1994 I live in Lüneburg. Considerably smaller than Lübeck but equally beautiful. Both cities were economically tied in the middle ages. There were salt mines in Lüneburg and the ‚white gold‘ was shipped from Lübeck harbour to all over Europe.
We will be visiting Fehmarn, Lübeck and Lüneburg in mid-April. After that, Schwerin & Rostock, then down to Berlin. Any other towns along that route we should see?
@@byronwood7162Sorry, I‘m late, well its a great selection, I would recommend Warnemünde , a short trip to the sea from Rostock and worth a visit. Hope you enjoy your tour!
I thought Luneburg was more beautifull. Lubeck dissappointed me a bit.
Lived in Dinkelsbühl and loved it❤
Between Hanover and the Ruhr Region is the location of East Westphalia, and in it you'll find the former principality of Lippe. A very rural county in the Teutoburg Forest with a few wonderful small cities such as the former capital Detmold, the old Hanseatic city of Lemgo, Blomberg, or the tiny but picturesque town of Schwalenberg. Lippe is not on everybody's list, but well worth a visit!
Ich glaube, daß dies das erste Mal ist, daß sich jemand über das reizende Lipper Land äußerst - Wunder geschehen !
I love Germany with the land and people with a big 💗
I have been to so many places and had enjoyed each place so much.
Thank you, i lived in Augsburg 25 years ago, and watching videos it seems the charm is gone from airport cities, so was searching for old fashioned Germany
Bacharach is also a beautiful medieval town I would recommend to check out. Its situated along the Rhine river and has a castle as well as ruins of a monestary to explore.
Wismar is also great for movie fans, the world's first horror movie Nosferatu was mostly filmed there.
18:52 "and while this f***ing plane is flying over my house..." I laughed so hard dude. XD
It's a wonderful country.
Would love to visit Germany someday. Absolutely beautiful!!
You should. Greetings from Erlangen, Bavaria
Marburg with its beautiful 13th century Elisabethkirche, Altstadt and Scloss lording it high up over the city. Gelnhausen east of Frankfurt witth its 12th century palace ruins, Altstadt, lovely church and no tourists! Limburg an der Lahn with a picturesque Atstadt topped by a beautiful 12th century cathedral.
Erfurt is also a romantic, medieval town in Germany. The Krämerbrücke was very sightful to watch. And the Timber houses as long as the old town.❤
Very well done! Great selection of the hundreds of stunnig medieval towns and villages of that incredible country.
sehr schön
Such a lovely & romantic place...
I hope l can fly to there...
Calm & peaceful.....🥰
Thanks for sharing your videos
Beautiful country with lovely people...i worked in #pfullendorf in #badenwurttemburg in the early 80's...a lovely quaint small town set in the middle of countryside...brings back memories!
Love Germany. Born in Karlsruhe 1956 ❤. Still have family there. Koenig family. Danke ❤.
Visited a few of the places, really enjoyed Cochem quite relaxing. Thank you.

Parabéns pelo trabalho.
Sucesso profissional e pessoal.
This is really a beautiful collection, I could not have made a better choice; I hope that lots of people will watch your lovely video.
Schön!
Very nice list with a lot of lesser known cities! All too often, list like this tend to highlight just the major cities in a country - as if no one had heard of them. This was very different and from the ones I know, a very good list as well.
Thank you so much for these suggestions. I’ve been to a lot of them but went to Luneburg on Monday this week and it is so worth a visit. ( Went from Hamburg for the day )
beautiful❤ Germany🇩🇪
love ❤wants to come
Thanks for including Görlitz
Your videos are always so beautifully made & inspiring! Your soothing voice helps too🥰
To be quite honest, watching your channel motivated me to begin my solo travel journey since this past New Year's🤗. 3 trips in & planning on 1 more before 2022 is over. Thanks
Nice information
Beautiful
Good morning, you created top ercording- Lifestyle! ;)
Good to hear from you and...
Beautiful
Super
Lovely
Good Job. If you're going to make a Part 2, you probably should travel a bit more eastern. I missed some like Binz, Rostock, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rheinsberg, Angermünde, Neuruppin, Jüterbog, Rathenow, Oranienburg, Perleberg, Königs Wusterhausen, Lübben & Lübbenau ... Just to mention some of them 😉
Greetings from Berlin 😎
I am very soon actually just before October but I think I have a few in some other Germany videos but il check out these towns u mentioned
You should also check out Ulm. It's located at the river Donau and has many beautiful small streets. Its Cathedral "Ulmer Münster" is the church with the highest church tower in the world. You can climb up over 750 steps and enjoy a beautiful view over the town. Ulm is actually also not far from Blaubeuren 😉
@@LifestyleHal you also missed goslar, an hour and 45 minutes away from fritzlar
some of the listed town are very, very much off the beaten track. Lübben and Lübbenau are just interesting as a starting point for the Spreewald - a rural area with many canals. Warnemünde as shown is part of Rostock. And Rathenow is dispensable - rather visit picturesque Tangermünde nearby - even combing it with the brick romanesque monastry of Jerichow and the hanseatic city of Stendal only a fiew kilometers apart each.
Nice video. I would add Zwickau - old cars museum, Robert Schumann museum, wonderful churches etc.
So true I love it there.
I hope I'll visit it soon ❤️
Thank you.
List is as per the below
1. Namburg
2. Wenigerode
3. Lubeck
4. Bamberg
Hallo, thank you for showing the world that medieval towns existing not only in the south of Germany. And also showing the very different but also stunning architecture in the northern regions. I'm allways disapointed when these kind of videos just only shows the southern and southwestern regions, like the others doesn't exist there. Good Job.
Dankeschön 🙏🌷
Recently been to (Burg)Steinfurt, close to the Dutch border. Didnt even know it, just passed by on my way to Munster. Got out of the train on a whim and was amazed how low-key beautiful this town is. Amazing little castle on a small island in the river. Old town square with a beautiful town hall and houses in the iconic half-timbered style, one with a classic watermill. Lots of other things like a historic recreation park, the Bagno with more beautiful buildings and an idyllic lake. There are probably more well-known places, but that fame kind of ruins them in a way too, becasue you get the feeling you visit an "attraction" instead of a town. Nothing like that here. Hardly any tourists or commercial activity that ruined the scene and a very nice and quiet true village athmosphere. Highy recommend for about half a days worth of exploring.
Sounds like my kinda place sander 😎✌🏾
The castle is still owned by the Princes of Bentheim and Steinfurt and is used as a residence by them. Take a look at the Wikipedia article, there is something there about possible visits. Very reduced access.
@@ClaudiaErnst Thanks for the information. Its a lovely part of the world, and so underrated! But maybe thats a good thing ;)
@@ageoflove1980 When you'll come back to this area I can suggest you Burg Bentheim. It's the same family who owns it. And it's better to visit. A fast train between Berlin/Amsterdam/Berlin has a stop there. The website is also informativ.
The final shots are of Heidelberg, though the town is not mentioned.
I love Germanique
Loved your very high quality production and well informed video. The highlight was when you unexpectedly said "this fucking bird..." haha. All in all I like your channel. It is a very classy video channel and I will watch more..
Come to Kassel with great Bergpark (Mountainpark) and the Herkules Monument a UNESCO Welterbe 👍
18:49 🤣🤣 I kept thinking if that was a German word..."..Hmm...maybe it's a type of German plane?"🤔
Germany Alpine views. xx
Great video but I suggest the author to add a slide in the beginning about where the town is located in the map. Of course listeners can always look it up but looking up 25 towns when you mention them would not be the best way to enjoy your video. Geographic location is the most important attribute of any town, and you can’t omit it and start showing the buildings and histories. That’s like talking about somebody without knowing who it is you are talking about.
Good idea. I had to look each location up manually on google maps to see if it was near me in Frankfurt. Woulda saved me time.
Whats that classical piece playing in youre intro? from 0:09 to 0:33 thx advance
Twined with Wagga Wagga, Australia
Being from Germany's neighbour country Austria, which gets a lot more tourists per capita, especially FROM Germany, as a kid I always thought Germany cannot be as beautiful as Austria, or why would all the Germans come here? Growing up I visited places like nearby Passau- very often for joining the Maidult parade- Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg, Bamberg, Wittenberg or my favorite Nuremberg among others, and I really fell in love with these towns. I also love Munich and Hamburg, but this is already quite far away for me to drive. So Austria probably has some more nice nature scenery, but the medieval towns of Germany are really a beautiful sight, that everybody should See at least once in his life.
Danke, Österreich ist natürlich wie du sagtest auch sehr schön!
Austria is also part of Germany, don't forget that!
Ramsau… Bavaria….. my favorite
Missed Wurzburg!

It is certainly 25 beautiful towns, but at least 10 of them looks almost identical. Have you ever been to Schleswig-Holstein? The towns Schleswig and Flensburg in the very north of Germany should certainly be on a list of the 25 most beautiful towns in Germany.
Il see how my expedition in Germany goes next year and maybe il add a few of those destinations
I’m surprised Trier, Rudesheim, Bacharach, Wurzburg, and Baden Baden are not in this list. Otherwise, great list.
Yes, Wurzburg should be in the list!
what was about the f*cking plane?
the order of the list was a bit confusing becauce it was geographically jumping back and forth. Some of the town are actually close to each other and could be easily combined on a trip. For example: Wittenberg, Quedlinburg, Wernigerode, Naumburg are very close to eachother. The same way you could group Celle, Lüneburg, Stade, Schwerin, Wismar and Warnemüde. Nördlingen, Rothenburg and Dinkelsbühl are also conected by one road, roughly 30 km from each other.
when visitig Wartburg you should check out nearby Weimar and Erfurt as well.
Danke 🙏🌷
What is number 20? I could not locate it. I am looking for towns near the Czech border to do a day trip from Prague. Any recommendations?
Number 20 is Passau! Passau is in South East Germany and Bavaria. It‘s really close to the Czech border! A trip to Passau is really worth it! It‘s not too far away from Czechia!
What camera you used?

Please! Can you give me the location exactly of Rothenburg ? There are many rothenburg …
Rothenburg ob der Tauber is the name.
What's with Heidelberg ?
would be cool if you pin point the locations as you go along, as nobody can do germany in one visit only

Warnemünde - a secret spot? 😂 It was already overrun in the GDR times and since the travel options went down in the beginning of the 2020s many West Germans discoverd Warnemünde. So be aware, it can be very touristy.

The narration doesn't match the video!
Rothenburg ob der Tauber was bombed so late as in April 1945...
40 percent of the town were completely gone, but whilst visiting you will notice nothing, except by a wartime exhibition in one of its churches and when you walk the city wall, because there you will find dozens of names of donators from all over the world who helped to rebuild it.
So many german cities have been most ugly rebuilt after the anglosaxon bombing terror and the narrative is always the same - no time, no money.
Rothenburg stands out as a an example that these are outright lies.
Fuking plane fly over my jouse lol
You did not need to drop ANY "F" BOMBS which really almost ruined this for me. Otherwise everything is spectacular. Watch your language please.
