My hubby and I went to Choctaw yesterday and had a great time playing new games in non-smoking Sky Tower casino. Casino was clean, not freezing cold, and lots of great reasonably priced food options at Choctaw. We ate at Smashburger. I bet $.60, $.88 and $2. My best jackpots were on the $.60 and $.88 bets. My biggest jackpot was $833 on $.88 bet (3-bag game). I put that jackpot aside and did not touch that jackpot. I came home up $1,000. Yay!

I've been trying the "machine hopping" thing from my last 3 visits, and I must say, it really is a lot of fun.
What I do is take a $250 budget and do 10c/$2.50 bets a spin, putting $50 in 5 different machines. If I can at least double that $50 I put in, I ticket that out, save it, and put a fresh $50 in another machine. Made some rather decent profits from 2 of those visits. 1st visit I walked away with a $405 profit, 2nd I was down -$70, but the 3rd I pulled back another $250. So $585 profit overall. Happy with that. 😊

I normally play Neptune's Gold as a go to machine. Both my husband and I have done well on .5/$2 and $3. $3 had an $800 dollar hit in a red screen.I had a small hand pay on .25/$5.00. Have only played the shoot out one once.If you can find one that is hitting, that is when you take advantage of the Gamble Box. Then, I will go to a $1.00/$3.00 .If I do well on those then who knows.Small wins add up and tax free!Congrats and thanks for doing these videos!

For class 2/bingo machines, do they typically have the same payout %s as random class 3 machines? Or are they better/worse?
In the case of Winstar and many casinos, the class 2 bingo has a higher payback % over class 3.

In bonus games like in that first machine with the shootout, are the wins predetermined, or do the picks actually matter?
Most likely pre-determined as the bingo card dictates what the wins will be at the moment you did the spin that resulted in a bonus.
I went to your video on how class 2 bingo works. I left a comment there on a pattern that showed in yellow with none of the numbers showing in white. It looked like it should have been a winner. The pattern was inside corners. Apparently I'm not understanding. LOL

Geez they come out with new slot machines fastr than i can drive to the casino. Do the casinos actually purchase the slot machines or are they owned by the slot machine manufacturers and they receive a portion of the profits ?
It depends on the game - the licensed games (that have some kind of game or tv/movie theme) are almost always leased. Also, the big expensive looking cabinets are leased. This just means that the manufacturers get a % of the profits on the machine in exchange for providing the machine and installation. This does speed up new games coming in and if a game is underperforming (people not playing), they have the option to swap it out for another title.

category 2 slots really dont feel that much different than category 3 to me
They aren't - they are meant to "feel" like Class 2 and the line is getting more and more blurred as they develop new ones.
