  • Step by step instructions for feather bead earrings. In this video, we will make boho beaded earrings in the form of a peacock feather. Beaded thread will need approximately 1,5 m. I used Czech seed beads number 10. Czech beads and Toho beads are the most suitable types of glass beads for the best result and wonderful earrings! Do it with pleasure! Enjoy your beading!
    Materials used:
    Czech beads No. 10 (3 colours)
    polyester beading thread (0.1 mm)
    bead needle (number 12)
    hooks (2)
    scissors
    pliers
    Thank you! Have a nice day!!!

    • @BeautyBeadsLand
      @BeautyBeadsLand  11 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you. about the ring, you mean how I pushed the ring away from the hook clasp? I have had very soft hooks, when I put in the stainless steel hooks I just push the ring aside, then insert the earring and push the ring back.
      We also need to use just pliers, not round-nose pliers, but I didn’t have them. Yes, and it's more convenient for me... for video training, of course, this is not entirely correct, now I understand this.

      Hello. I can’t answer, but in this model of earrings, if you use a beaded thread of 0.1 mm, the beads do not burst.

  • @manuelaluger1525
    @manuelaluger1525 6 месяцев назад

    Love your work and recreating some of your items. I do have a question, you mention to use polyester threading, does it make a difference essentially in the way the beads fall if I use nylon thread instead of polyester, or do you use one more frequently over the other?

    • @BeautyBeadsLand
      @BeautyBeadsLand  6 месяцев назад

      Hello. Thank you! It is in this product that any thin beaded thread is suitable, the main thing is that the thread can pass through the same bead several times and not break it. Fishing line is not suitable for use here.

    Maybe it's me but I'm not sure what size thread this is? I'm used to using Fireline thread in 6lb size which shows 0.006in avg diameter. Is this similar to what you call out?

    • @BeautyBeadsLand

    • @BeautyBeadsLand
      @BeautyBeadsLand  11 месяцев назад

      Hello! Thank you very much! To reduce the length of the earring, you need to make the very first row shorter, for example, not 14 sets, but 10. And then when we make branches, then reduce the number of beads in each branch a little earlier (by 1-2 beads).

    Not for beginners definitely. Lots of guessing and video jumping. But very nice earrings once you go back over the video LOTS of times. Think I will make a pendant rather than go through this again!!!

    • @BeautyBeadsLand
      @BeautyBeadsLand  Год назад

      Thank you very much for your opinion! The video is not for the very beginners, it was not said about this))). If you increase the initial length of the middle and then make each branch longer by several beads, then you can make a pendant, you get a set), the earrings are a little smaller, the pendant is a little more. If in a few days you make this model again, then make sure that it is very easy to make). I try to cut out moments when I pull out a long thread, as it takes a lot of time and it turns out very tedious. Also, my phone doesn't pick up clarity and I'm often looking for a moment of clarity, so I pause and resume where my beadwork left off when the phone captures the action more clearly. I will take into account your remark and I will make as few cuts as possible. Thank you! Have a nice day!
