Time was invented by mankind it is the mathematical calculation of how long it takes for the earth to make one rotation therefore we've turned it into numbers and seconds but in reality if we lived on a different planet that was a little faster speeding around and its revolution, would we call that time instead? There are trillions of planets in the universe that have different orbits at different speeds and then you could say there's different time measurements so logically time was invented! The real truth is there is no such thing as time! We live in the present and the now and all we have in the past is our memories and our life lessons! So what if a whole race of people were living on Starships traveling through the universe would they measure time the same way we do on Earth? Probably not.
