Fun Fact: The house where they filmed the scene with Madea and the chainsaw was actually Tyler Perry’s house at the time. After they filmed the scene where Madea cut up everything, Tyler came out and said that he will never film another movie at his house because of all the damage.
Oh wow, Tyler, I hope he paid for the damages. Stupid he had the scene done in a real house instead of a prop. It's like when I first learned that he plagiarized someone else's writing to make Temptations, just disappointed.

As a female what’s the big issue with saying that word? I use female when talking about both women and girls. Id just like someone to explain to me why I should say women as I don’t see a problem with using it.
@@zaria_time1the term females is usually used to describe different species. Like when talking about a group of horses, someone would say "female horses". It's more scientific, not used day to day. You don't use females to talk about human women, because it's dehumanizing. Because it's usually used to talk about non-humans. Ask yourself why do people who say "females" never say "males"? I've never heard someone say "look at these males". Like Shemar in this video constantly calls women females, never once said "males". He calls them men. Also ask yourself why the term "female" is typically used in a derogatory or negative manner. It's never used to uplift a woman or praise her. Always used to degrade her, stereotype women, or speak badly about women. Think of the context that the term "female" is used in this video alone. Again, why are we FEMALES and men are called men?
@@zaria_time1because you would never say male, you would say men, guys, boys, but you would never call them males unless you were talking about biological. Unlike when you’d say female regardless of context. It’s partially because it reduces women to biology and because you aren’t keeping the same energy
@@Feliciatanktop true, and although most ppl don't intentionally use it out of malice we know the term comes from the history of misogyny and women being seen as "inferior" and not equal to a man. Words really do mean a lot psychologically and can be weaponized. Which is why I love that more people are seeing that and are changing that. I feel ppl often get too overly defensive over their "right" to say whatever they want, and I mean to each his own but I feel its just another step forward in creating more open and loving communities instead of division all the time. Nothing good comes from division.
Watch Mommy, dearest you will understand the line “No More Wire Hangers” RIP MRS. Cecily Louise "Cicely" Tyson. 1924-2021. Wow, what an incredible movie! "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" truly had me on an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. The story was so compelling and had so many important themes and messages. Firstly, the performances in this film were outstanding. Kimberly Elise was absolutely phenomenal in her role as Helen. She portrayed the pain, strength, and growth of her character so convincingly. Tyler Perry, the writer and director, also did a great job playing Madea and adding some much-needed comic relief to the story. The movie tackled some heavy topics, such as domestic abuse and the power of forgiveness. It was heartbreaking to see Helen's suffering at the hands of her husband, but empowering to witness her transformation from a broken woman to a strong and independent individual. The message that no one deserves to be mistreated and that it's never too late to take back control of your life was so powerful. I also appreciated the strong sense of family and sisterhood portrayed in the film. The relationship between Helen and her cousins was heartwarming, and their unwavering support for each other was inspiring. The scenes involving Madea were hilarious and provided a much-needed lighter touch to balance out the heavier moments. Overall, "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" is a must-watch movie that explores important themes and leaves you with a sense of hope and empowerment. I'm so glad I finally got around to watching it, and I can definitely see why it has become such a beloved film in the African American community.
The reason someone said “RIP” during the scene where Helen visited her mom in the nursing home is because the actress Cicely Tyson, who played her mom passed away a few years ago. Keep the reactions coming bro! You’re hilarious 🙌🏾
Listen, you jumped up out your seat like Helen slapped YOU! I died laughing! What’s interesting to know, this is based off Tyler Perry’s play of the same name, but in the play, Helen stayed with Charles versus Orlando. I liked that in the movie, she left Charles

The girl that played Tylers daughter in the movie is a singer in real life. Her name is Tiffany Evans (highly known for her song Promise Ring ft Ciara )
I recommend "Waiting to Exhale" as it is often lauded as a good movie for several reasons. Firstly, it features a strong and talented ensemble cast, including actresses like Whitney Houston, Angela Bassett, and Loretta Devine, who deliver stellar performances. The film effectively explores the complexities of African-American women's lives and their experiences with love, relationships, career ambitions, and friendship. Additionally, "Waiting to Exhale" is praised for its relatability and its ability to tackle common themes and issues faced by many women, regardless of their race or background. It addresses topics such as heartbreak, infidelity, self-discovery, and self-empowerment, which resonates with a broad audience. The film also boasts a well-written script, based on the novel by Terry McMillan, that blends drama, comedy, and romance seamlessly. It effectively balances moments of humor and heartfelt emotion, keeping viewers engaged throughout. Overall, "Waiting to Exhale" is regarded as a good movie because of its strong performances, relatable storytelling, and well-crafted script, making it an enjoyable and memorable cinematic experience.
Bro! I went through this whole video JUST to see you react to her slapping him (which that whole scene is my favorite part of the movie) and you DID NOT disappoint! I hit the subscribe button as soon as finished cracking up laughing!!
I love this movie and all of the Madea movies that came after. I also like the 2 Why Did I Get Married? Movies by Tyler Perry. Man I tend to forget sometimes how *fine* Shemar Moore was in this and the Criminal Minds tv show. Young man just remember that it's not what you bring in your wallet that counts but what you bring in your heart. When you find the right woman for you she'll be looking at what's in your heart not your wallet. Don't settle for less than someone who understands that.
I’ve watched the “why did I get married” movies on my channel recently, if you’d like to check them out! & you’re right I was talking about past experiences, instead of mentioning the good women out there. One day I pray the right woman comes in my life, but until then Im focusing on me.
This one is one my favorites cuz the bad abusive husband ends up learning to be better. And actively tries to make amends. He saw how awful he was and tried to change. He’s not gonna be perfect, but he’s trying.
Chandra Currelly was a regular on Tyler Perry's plays. She had a cameo in the movie version of Madea's Big Happy Family, but played one of the characters in the play version.
What you said at 34:16 : "You gotta tap into that. Life just hit you. This is the time to rebuild." Let God use you! 💯💯💯 May God bless you, brother. 🙏🏽
Tyler Perry played Madea, Joe, and the guy who's the lawyer (i don't remember his name). All for our entertainment 🤌🏾 Madea is also my favorite character EVER!!! All of his Madea movies are top tier!! 😂

Keep up the good work and I would love if you also react to the play version of diary of a black woman because the plays have more comedy but the movies are more dramatic.
I’m happy you enjoyed..!! I’ll be sure to write them in my notes. ppl have been telling me to check the plays out, I’ll be sure to watch one soon! Thank you for the support💜🫶🏾
I swear thats the best madea movie!!!
@@sl_1kOne of the best ones of the classics was Class Reunion, but my best for the modern ones is Madea On The Run
I came across your channel a few months ago and I swear you are encouraging and funny as hell! Your videos really brighten my day and you be speaking the real and as a fellow Aquarius you got a supporter in me! ❤
01:01:08 she smacked him so hard bro started looking for protection in real life
The girl that played Tylers daughter in the movie is a singer in real life. Her name is Tiffany Evans (highly known for her song Promise Ring ft Ciara )
I saw this movie when I was little. I’ve been a Madea fan ever since lol
My favorite movie so far !
@@sl_1k if I had to recommend the next madea movie for you to react, it’d either be Madea Big Happy Family or Madea Family Funeral

“Wire hangerrr” was a nod to mommy dearest. Should add that to your list to watch.
@@sl_1k good for you.

The 'WIRE HANGER!' scene was a reference to the movie Mommie Dearest

One of my favorite content creators :)
I been married to my wife for 2 years now, and i would never put my hands on her, or any woman. I don't condone any abusive activity
Tyler Perry played Madea, Joe, and the guy who's the lawyer (i don't remember his name). All for our entertainment 🤌🏾 Madea is also my favorite character EVER!!! All of his Madea movies are top tier!! 😂
