When not riding like I stole it I use the clutch up and down for 1st and second. There is a sweet spot when going up from first however under a good load. Quick shifting down: rpm’s need to be up. From second to first I still clutch. Be aware though you’ll get skidding when downshifting until you find the elusive sweet spot again. Enough to have cost me to replace the weak dunlops already at 3500 with some power 5’s. Changes the turn in of the bike completely btw. Night and day. Well worth the tire upgrade
Sounds like a beast! Love that blue color. I was riding behind an 8r that was blue the other day. Suzuki does some amazing colors.

Once these tires are done, I'm definitely going to upgrade. I'll look at those. Thanks for the recommendation.
A group of us meet on the Jensen Beach Causeway (under the bridge) on some Thursday and Sunday nights. You should come out some time and talk bikes.

Good work vin code. Sounds good. I hate using down shifter. Clunky.
So it's just not me with the QShifter. Thanks bro 💪.
Have to just find the sweet spot fellas

The quick shifter up works better if you rev it out to 6000-8000 b4 shifting. Sounds cooler too. Lol.
@@JohnnieV ill try it out, I'm still breaking it in i only got like 200 miles 🤣.
@@VinCode17 wow. Get well soon brother. I have over 3k on the 8s & over 7k on the SV650
6000 miles on my 2024. Zero issues
Did you get the ecu tuned?
@Cherry-cy9nk No, i plan too once I do the air box mod.
Why you shift so slow?
🤣
