What a horrible way to end a very special Disney Day for Mom, Dad and Ruda. Ruda was so excited and just ended what was a perfect day with seeing Frozen and Elsa only to have all her stuff stolen. Even children's fantasy parks filled with families, dreams, happiness and adventures have low lifers and thieves.
@@oneseeker2 Okay here's the problem with your argument. There are rules about what can be taken inside of venues like where they went to see the show. They wouldn't have left it outside just on a whim. MJ has been meticulous the entire trip to make sure they kept their things safely together. If you make a rule that people can not bring things like strollers or souvenirs inside, then you have to make sure that people have a safe place to store their items. If they left it there, the concept should be that someone would make sure it wasn't taken. They weren't the only family to leave their stroller outside (probably because a rule wouldn't allow the strollers inside). Universal studios has lockers all over the place to store your things that you can't take on the rides. Why would Disneyland Paris not have the same. To say the staff works hard already so who should watch them is insane. Of course the staff works hard. What does that have to do with the establishment having a safe place to store your things?

It's heartbreaking to know that your family’s trip was tarnished by a couple of despicable individuals. I really hope Disneyland replaced your stolen souvenirs because it's ridiculous and unacceptable that they don't have better security measures for people going inside to see a show. I hope you all are able to still remember the good moments during your vacation. I'm really sorry this happened💔

It was nice seeing Ruda's enjoyment at Disneyland and she looked so pretty in her princess dress. I am sad that the visit there ended on a sour note with her stroller being stolen. Ruda crying makes me cry.

Ruda will learn that bad things happen, upsets happen, and then you get over it. This is life...good AND bad...not just pretending everything is great, when it is not. It would be much worse if her parents hid their true feelings from Ruda. Ruda would grow up stifling her negative emotions, thinking it was wrong to express them. Ruda will be ok, as she sees her parents get over it. Parents are humans, therefore not perfect, which is the honest truth.

Ruda is growing up and already is so protective of her people - her parents/her family. When they discovered that the stroller was gone, the first thing she said was “aren’t there security cameras? Mom has a cell phone… she can call the police.” Then the next thing she said was “Appa I will think about how we can get it back…” then she said “let’s look for it together…” finally she couldn’t be brave about it anymore as she saw how upset both her parents were… then she cried. Ruda, you are an extraordinary little girl! Adversity showed us your true nature: protective and indomitable and so very, very loving. I don’t know you but I’m so very proud to know of you. You do your parents proud! ❤

Princess Ruda in her snow white dress that her samchoon and eomu gave her. The ride to Disney with Ruda letting KJ nap on her lap was so precious and the cheek kisses were just too adorbs! Aww, she names her plushie CoCo, just like the cat she liked from the cat cafe 😍. I’m still upset about the stroller, I just hope nothing else was taken with the stroller. What a wonderful memory to have and she can say she’s gone to Disneyland, but when Ruda cried for her stroller, it made me cry too. Karma will get those losers. ❤️👧🏻👨👩👧❣️

I watched this video several hours ago, and it broke my heart that Ruda started to cry. It's sad when a lowlife steals anything, but a child's stroller..... This set hard on my heart all day!! That is near the bottom of the thus!!! No one should steal.. especially from the elderly and children!!!!

En France particulièrement à Paris, beaucoup de gens se font voler. Il est donc important de garder ses affaires dans un local sûr et dans le métro regarder autour de vous pour ne pas vous faire voler car y a beaucoup de pick pocket . J'espère que vous retrouveraient votre poucette quelque part 💖:(
I looked it up, like all Disney parks, they do have storage lockers but maybe where they were, it was probably a long walk back to the lockers, storage lockers since they have them all in one place instead of different areas around the Disney parks. I’ve been to Disneyland in California many times, since I live nearby and I see many kids strollers outside of the rides and sometimes people have left some souvenirs bags and some personal items in the strollers. They just don’t want to walk all the back near the front entrance to pay for a storage locker. Those lockers aren’t cheap to use either. I bet a lot of people report items stolen at every amusement park unfortunately.
When I took my children there many years ago we opted to rent a pushchair for this very reason. It saddens me that we have people who feel they can just take other people's things.
Unfortunately you cannot leave anything unattended in Europe, especially expensive bikes, strollers and electronics. They're almost guaranteed to go missing. People believe if you leave your belongings unattended then you can't be surprised if they are taken. so sorry you had a bad experience in France :(

@@oneseeker2 yes it's all over the world, but you need to be especially careful with your belongings in Europe it's a known thing, speaking as a European we would never leave anything unattended because we know its very common here
@@Lucy-ny4gs depends on where in Europe. Paris is definitely one of the places to really watch your stuff, but most of Denmark is fine, especially for strollers.

Wow! This is very different from how things work at Walt Disney World n Florida, USA. I am a Floridian and have visited WDW around 5 times…3 of those times with children who used a stroller. They tell you when you rent it that you always take your personal things with you because the likelihood that you will get “your” stroller when you return to it is low. You simply pick a stroller and off you go. Big hugs for you 3.
Disney in Florida also has stroller parking so they’ll move your stroller there if not parked in it. That was my first thought.

Oh no I'm sorry about the stroller! I have only been to the Disneyland in the US and people leave so many strollers everywhere I never thought about someone stealing one. I hope Ruda still got to make some good memories.
Yeah I've only been to Disneyland and took my then 4 year old daughter. Everyone left their strollers in the stroller destination, however everyone took all their belongings in with them and didn't leave anything. Also the staff at the Disneyland parks in America seem to be more friendly and willing to help than France. If you went to a customer service in America and said something was stolen, they would have a member go and check it out with you and security and all that. Doesn't seem the same in France.
Yes. At California Disney there is stroller parking. We leave the stroller all the time for rides and attractions . Even on the busiest days, we haven't had one stolen.
@@destiny18au Yes, it was the stroller itself being stolen that surprised me more than anything. I don't think I would feel comfortable leaving smaller belongings either way. But I know I've seen that in Korea even leaving a laptop unattended isn't out of the question.

It happens in the US Disney parks too, just Google Stroller thefts at Disney Parks , though it’s rare it does happen even here in the US,you’re just lucky enough not to have experienced it yourself.
I don't know about the East, but in Europe, North America, one cannot leave anything unattended without the change of theft. Sad to say, but that's the way it is.

París es una ciudad muy peligrosa , muy bonita pero si que los parisinos son una plaga. Se dice que los parques de atracciones son un nido para los ladrones y delincuentes, cada vez más. Por ejemplo el parque Asterix empieza a tener malas frecuentaciones. Y soy Francesa, me duele reconocerlo pero así es la vida en Francia, nada que ver con la vida en Corea o incluso Japón

sooo sad that bad experience at the end! Security didn't have any cameras available to help you look??? for future trips I recomend labelling with a black marker and /or sticking a GPS tracker under the seat or somewhere else well hidden, or maybe a chain and lock like for a bike? it's such a pretty stroller so, bad people felt it had to be theirs!

When the title said "something surprising" I though being Disney it would be something exciting like Elsa giving Ruda a hug or something. Not a theft in what's supposed to be one of the most child friendly places anywhere. Should be a time for pure innocence yet Ruda was forced to endure the unwholesome side of people.

Imposible. Francia es francia. Antes iba mucho de vacaciones alla, y no es todo oro lo que relice, hay muchisima delincuencia, y no hay la educacion para devolver las cosas. En españa hay muchos robos, en el metri, la calle etc, pues piensa que en francia es mucho peor

No creo que les reembolsen lo perdido . Cuando mis hijos eran pequeños fuí muchas veces a Disney World Orlando , nunca tuve problemas con el coche pero tampoco iniciaba la visita haciendo compras .Es un atractivo muy grande para los ladrones.

My first thought when the stroller went missing was that cast members at Disney World often move strollers around so others can also fit their strollers. If that wasn't the case, it would feel more awful because Disney is supposed to be a safe place for your family. That said, please don't let this ruin your trip and memories with Ruda. You have made so many beautiful memories.

I'm so sorry, someone stole Ruda's nice stroller and your souvenirs. Next time, collapse it and take inside with you. You must keep everything with you at all times, especially valuables, shopping packages; and gifts. Plus, the stroller itself was of quality and convenience. Unfortunately, thieves are everywhere and will steal anything; even a child's means of easy transport. I know, this ruined your Paris trip and caused a lot of inconvenience.

Oh, that made me so sad that your souvenirs got stolen! If you go to Disney Land in California and/or Disney World in Florida, your stroller and more importantly souvenirs could get stolen if left by itself too. A solution is to have the souvenirs packed and shipped directly to your home in South Korea. There's also lockers with keys to lock them which you can rent and store your souvenirs in until it's time to go back to your hotel. Ask Disney staff where they are. I hope this won't happen to you all again. 😢
I go to Disney in Florida 15+ times a year and have for the past 12 years and have never once had something stolen. They’ll move your stroller to stroller parking though. Definitely have had items sent back to my hotel though! Beats carrying them around. I’m still stunned the stroller was actually stolen. Did Disney assist in filing an incident or police report?

Ruda, don’t worry. I believe that ur parents will definitely try to find the stroller for u by calling the police. If they still cannot find, then they will buy another new one for u…… regarding other souvenirs, sorry for that cannot help u out 😢😢, as it’s Paris, not Japan nor Korea…. The security is not good at all…. Despite that, I wish that Ruda will still enjoy playing in Disneyland, as she can meet some Disney animation characters
