Tbh I'm actually positively surprised. They lost only 33% of their money, I expected it to be MUCH more. Wiith a larger sample of tickets you would probably even lose a lower percentage, as you would actually win a 10k or higher once in a while.
All in all, I can imagine people find it fun to buy one of these for a special occasion or as a gift or something.
