That's the thing about the list of ingredients. Theyight be in order by quantity but without a % of each the balance can be deceiving. They could be in close to percentages with the first couple ingredients or your first 2 or 3 could be majority of the bottle. So technically a pepper being in the 4 or 5 spot it could go either way
This is precisely why I find reading ingredients lists for the purpose of understanding percentages completely irrelevant and pointless. Unless the exact percentage of each ingredient is listed (almost never) we have absolutely no idea how "much" of an ingredient has been used. The first ingredient listed might be 98% of the total bottle for all we know. Totally pointless Brian etc talking about ingredients unless they have percentages.
I’ve been making hot sauce at home I call it “Hoss Sauce” anyway I could send you some to try? I’ve got mango habanero and pineapple jalapeño so far, thinking about trying a ghost pepper blueberry sauce kinda up in the air about it.
I still have a bottle of Dingo Widow Maker that's lasting forever because of how crazy hot it is. It's a similar recipe to this one, where the #1 ingredient are all superhot peppers. It has a very floral smell and flavor that goes really nicely with asian food.
You should look into ATX hot sauces. I got the "honey hot" and it's definitely hot to me. Just curious where it would land on y'all's scale. They do small batch fermented sauces.
I can attest to that, as the only chili head in my family anytime I cook with anything above jalapeños level of heat I get yelled at "our you trying to pepper spray me" is one of the comments I get a lot 😂👌🤣
About time you check out some more Butterfly Bakery sauces, they have some new micro batches out you would enjoy, not hotter than 2 or 3 on the heat scale, but interesting.
The heat scale for Collards n Ghosts just goes by how many peppers there are, not how many are colored in. They have a Sweet Potato N Habanero sauce with 4 peppers.
My norm for my table sauce is by Daves Gourmet One of the ghost insanity. With a short ingredient list. Naga Jolikia, Hot Pepper Extract (reseaech found out the extract is taking straight from the ghost) garlic and Xanathan Gum and that'll all you're getting. New versions are adding salt and vegetable oil, definitely weakened down. I say find the regular one and try it
Was just running out of the Apollo Sauce, my daily sauce on everything, but I am ordering a bottle or two of that Dingo Sauce along with it. I really hope it hurts me like it did you two. 🥵🥵
Da Bomb is always number 8 haha. And the Last Dab is always the last, number 10. So 2 out of these 3 are number 6 and 7 at most. I looked at the line up. Number 6 for the green one. 7 for the orange juice one And number 9 is the one that killed Justin 😂
Great vid as always. When you do multiple sauces it doesn't appear that you give enough...acknowledgement (?) to the fact that your palate is influenced by the previous sauce. I know cleansing your palate completely would be huge pain and/or time constraint so I'm not suggesting that, just saying that keeping it in mind might be prudent. 🌶💪🤙

Alright dude I know you're not that old. So please on your way home go to Walgreens or Walmart or CVS or wherever and pick up some Just For Men for your beard. When I started watching your Channel you had no gray hair in your beard. This was back before you really started doing the hot stuff. You did a little here and there but it wasn't all about the spiciness back then. So get you a box of Just For Men it takes less than 10 minutes. And because you will look better you will actually feel better on the inside and because you feel better on the inside you will start to physically look better on the outside. When human beings are really really happy our cells actually give off a sort of chemically induced light. It is extremely faint and kind of hard to pick up so when you're truly happy and somebody says you're glowing. What's your secret? there's a very high likelihood that literally you are glowing.

And their reactions are super mellow compared to you guys. Yeah, it's not a direct spoonful, but they also have no tolerance compared to you and handle it like nothing's happening.

The peppers are almost white when not used on the scale. Their Garlic and Peperoncini sauce only has the first pepper filled in
Trying them back to back messes up when you try to compare their spice levels
