Hello, Jim. No, this isn't a Polish engine. The builder of this stand-alone steam engine was Ulrich Klein - a gifted model maker from Neu-Ulm (Germany) who died in 2018. His precision is almost unmatched and his models are therefore unique. I'm glad I could purchase two of his models - this one and the horizontal engine presented earlier on my channel. Cheers, Detlef.
